QFD在宗申50踏板车开发中的应用

【摘要】 在当前激烈的市场竞争环境下,新产品开发是企业占领市场、确保生存的重要手段,快速、高效的新产品开发是企业必须具有的能力。对摩托车这类传统产品来说,不可预测和不断变化的市场需求,给新产品的市场需求定位、潜在顾客需求调查、顾客需求转换、新产品概念的生成、选择与评价、新产品的功能配置和开发计划制定带来了很大的困难,产品开发的成功与否在很大程度上取决于新产品概念设计阶段的技术支持能力。针对以上现状,本文研究了宗申公司50cc踏板车ZIP概念设计阶段的数字化设计与管理技术。宗申公司是我国从事摩托车生产的大型民营企业,在同意大利比亚乔发动机公司进行合作的过程中,为了满足市场对50cc踏板车的需求,宗申公司开展了新产品的研发工作。新型踏板车目标市场定位、顾客潜在需求调查、顾客需求转换、新型踏板车概念生成、选择与评价、新型踏板车结构配置与总体布局设计、工业设计、人机工程设计、新型踏板车概念设计评价、制订开发计划任务书等是新踏板车概念设计阶段的主要内容。本论文以宗申50cc踏板车开发过程为实例,总结新产品开发理论在50cc踏板车开发过程中的综合应用,为宗申新产品开发提供参考。首先把QFD方法应用于50cc踏板车的概念设计阶段,选择踏板车的风格和配置;在此基础上,对踏板车结构配置与总体布局设计进行了研究,结合虚拟样机技术和实物校核对踏板车车身的结构进行了设计和优化。在选定的外形风格下,制作油泥模型并进行了反求,得到产品的数字样机。最后通过数字样机及结构样机来验证结构是否合理,有无干涉,所有零件的布置是否合理。
【Abstract】 Under the market competition condition, new product development technology is becoming more and more important. The market occupancy and corporation survival all rely on the development of new product. Mordern corporation need the ability of rapidly and efficiently development of new product. For traditional product like motocycle, unpredictable and changing of market requirement bring difficulty to market location of new product, potential customer requirement inquisition, transformation of customers’ requirenent, formation , selection and valuation of new product concept and function configuration of new product.The digital design and management of 50cc scooter ZIP of ZongShen company development were presented in this paper. Zongshen company is one big privately owned company which produce motorcycle. For the satisfaction of market requirement of 50cc scooter, Zongshen corporated with Biyaqiao engine company Italy and developed a new product. The market location of new scooter, customers’ potential requirement inspection, customer’s requirement transformation, the formation, selection and valuation of new scooter concept, configuration and general layout of new scooter, engineering design, human being design, drawing of development plan are all main content of concept design.Taking the development of Zongshen 50cc scooter as an example, the new product development technology was summarized. Firstly, the scooter’s fasion and scheme were selected based on QFD in concept design phase. Then the design of sturcture and general layout of scooter were researched. The structure of scooter was optimized by combination of virtual prototype and practical test. After the reverse engineering of clay model produced according to selected fasion, the digital model of new scooter was achieved. Finally, the rationality of structure and layout, and interference were detected through digital prototype and structure prototype.
