基于批次管理的产品追踪技术及溯源机理研究

【摘要】 随着社会的不断进步、科技的迅速发展和国内外市场竞争的日趋激烈,更多的企业认识到产品质量、产品安全、顾客信赖度、产品品牌以及产品的国际竞争力等方面的重要性。近年来,随着我国对外出口产品的急剧增加,因产品质量问题而产生的纠纷越来越多。在这个机遇与挑战并存的时期,我国企业传统的低成本优势在逐渐消失,很多制造企业更多面临的是在技术和质量等方面激烈的国际竞争。其中难于实现质量问题追溯已经成为阻碍提高企业市场信任度和进一步提高产品竞争力的严重问题。在质量追溯方面,以往的手工操作方式已越来越不适应新形势下现代化管理的要求,研究和开发新的产品追踪技术和理论,同时将计算机技术、条码技术、产品数字化技术、数据库存储检索技术逐步引入到质量信息溯源领域,已成为必然趋势。以大批量定制(MC)生产模式为代表的多品种、小批量生产方式以其独特的优势已成为众多企业的选择,面向MC模式的缺陷产品追踪技术的研究能够为多数企业实现质量问题的快速追踪和溯源找到出路。本文在研究了可追溯性及其相关特征的基础上,阐述了“合理进行批次管理是实现产品质量问题追溯的有效手段”的观点;依据MC生产模式的特点,分别从企业内部和整个供应链两个层面上构建了缺陷产品追踪模型;在实现企业缺陷产品追踪的研究过程中,本文提出了一种基于时间的产品追踪模型,并且对其算法进行了深入研究;同时研究了基于供应链的产品追踪策略,提出了供应链上的产品追踪算法;并对归零管理作了理论上的讨论。结合质量信息的搜集、检索和溯源分析技术对基于批次的质量信息溯源机理进行深层次的研究:在批次质量信息的搜集和检索方面,具体研究了产品批次的标识技术、批次质量信息的编码技术和基于批次的实时数据库建立技术;在批次质量信息溯源分析方面,研究了基于批次的质量信息因果分析技术;对质量信息的溯源机理进行总结。质量信息追溯系统是解决企业产品追溯难题的有效工具。本文对质量追踪溯源系统的总体需求分析和总体功能模块作了相关研究;在此基础上开发了质量追溯管理信息系统(QTMIS)的原型系统。

【Abstract】 As the society’s rapid progress, the technical rapidly expand and the intense competition of market from domestic and foreign day by day, especially after China’s joins WTO, during the season of the Olympic Games’coming, more enterprises realized the importances of product quality, product security, the product brand as well as product international competitiveness and the customer faith.In recent years, along with our country’s foreign export products’ sharp growth, more and more dispute within countries which produced by the product quality trouble starts to appear suddenly. During the opportunity and challenge coexisting time, our country enterprise tradition’s low cost superiority is being weakened gradually, what many manufacturing firms face much is the intense international competition; and the quality malfunction tracing insufficient already became a serious problem which restrict our counrty’s economy development. The former manual operation more and more did not adapt to the modern management request under the new situation; studiing and introducing the new product quality tracing technology and the theory, the computer technology, the bar code technology, the product digitization technology, the database memory search technology into the product quality tracing domain gradually, has become the inevitable trend.The mass customization (MC) has become to the numerous enterprises’choices by its unique superiority, and the technical of tracing and track quality trouble oriented MC pattern’s quality tracing could provide the most enterprises an outlet. Based on the investigation of traceability and its related characteristic, this article elaborated the viewpoint that carring on an appropriate batch management will be method which could tracing the root cause of product quality trouble effectively. The paper has proposed the concept and content of quality information tracing based on batch. Due to the MC production pattern’s characteristic, constructed the quality information tracing model which was MC oriented and based on batch from the two stratification of enterprise interior and in the entire supply chain; this model could integrate the tracing information from the batch based on the order and the parts, realizes a batch traceability of product’s malfunction.Has studied the concrete tracing flow. Also, the quality proble close loop management has been discussed. Together with the method of cause-and-effect analysis, the research on the theory of quality trouble tracing has been carried on, and the related conception about traceability that based on system has been elaborated in detail. The related content of the causal relation and the causes and effects tracing has been researched theoretically; has studied the qualitative data causal relation parsing technique, the product marking technology, the quality information coding technique and the database modeling technology based on batch; these key technologies would be key support’s to quality information traceability under the MC environment.The quality tracking and tracing system could solve the problem of product trace as an effective tool for the enterprise. This article has done the related research to the quality tracing tracing system’s overall demand analysis and the overall functional module; Based on these researches has developed a software system for the quality tracking and tracing management information system (QTMIS).
