【摘要】 随着我国轨道交通的高速发展,列车清洗自动化成了急需解决的问题。本课题是在重庆市轨道交通三号线一期工程车场通用设备招标的背景下立项的,旨在开发一套具有较高自动化水平、安全可靠、性价比高的列车清洗机。论文主要对清洗机电控系统进行研究与设计。该列车清洗机是安装在车辆段洗车线上,针对重庆轻轨车辆段及综合检修基地轻轨列车清洗工艺设计的,适用于跨座式单轨列车外表面的清洗。主要用以对列车外表面的灰尘、油污及其它污渍进行清洗。论文首先论述了轻轨列车的清洗原理以及国内外机车清洗的研究现状和设备的性能优缺点,结合课题背景,提出了本论文的主要研究内容。在对控制需求进行分析的基础上,提出了清洗机电控总体方案。论文重点对列车清洗机的控制系统系统进行设计。本控制系统采用现场控制和上位机监控相结合的控制方式,重点研究PLC在清洗机控制系统中的应用、PLC与上位机通信方法及上位机监控程序设计。采用面向对象的编程语言Visual Basic 6.0进行软件开发,利用串行通信控件MSComm控件实现了上位机与下位机之间的通信和数据处理;与Microsoft office产品结合,实现了实时数据和历史数据的存储以及试验报表的设计、预览和打印。本论文所研究和设计的轻轨列车清洗机电控系统,满足功能要求,解决了重庆轻轨建设中的实际问题,为以后此类设备的设计提供了借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of light-rail, the autoimmunization of washing-system for light-rail becomes increasingly serious and needs to be resolved. At the background of general equipment bidding of third line of chongqing light-rail, this topic is made to developing a set of washing-machine with the more automative, secure, reliable, and economical. This paper mainly study and design of electrical control system of washing machine on Light Rail.The washing machine is installed in the car washing Depot online, designed for Chongqing Light Rail Depot and light rail train cleaning process and apply to the surface of the monorail train cleaning. This machine Mainly washes dust, oil and other stains .Firstly, the paper introduces the cleaning principle, current situation of foreign and local washing machine and the advantages and disadvantages of equipment .Based on the research background, the research task is expressed. This paper gives the whole design of electrical control system of washing machine., after detailing analysis of dirty complex surface of monorail train. The control system is introduced emphatically, this Control system uses the combination of local control and PC control. This paper mainly researches the PLC application of control system in the washing machine, the communication of PC and PLC and Computer monitoring program. This paper has used Visual Basic 6.0, Object Oriented program language, to exploit the software and realized the communication between host computer and sensors through Mscomm control with automatically sampling and processing data. The software combines the Visual Basic 6.0 and Microsoft office products to design, preview and print the experimentation reports and realize the storage of real-time and historical data.The electrical control system of washing machine studied and designed in this paper has satisfied the function requests and solved the actual problems during the building of Chongqing light rail.
