电厂应用ZigBee技术的前期研究

【摘要】 电厂要实现信息化,设备的监测和监控系统需要获取大量的设备信息。随着现代短距、低功耗的无线通信技术,特别是ZigBee技术的研发和应用,传感器信息获取技术从单一的有线技术到有线和无线相结合的技术,从单一化到集成化、微型化,进而智能化、网络化,成为信息获取的新手段,从而出现ZigBee传感器网络技术及应用。本论文的主要任务:完成电厂应用ZigBee传感器技术的前期研究,包括必要性、可行性、安全可靠性、成本等的研究,为ZigBee传感器网络技术下一步研发和应用做好前期技术储备。本论文主要内容包括:①阐述了短距无线通信技术。分别对现代主流短距无线通信标准:Bluetooth技术、ZigBee技术和Wi-Fi技术进行了分析和比较,证明基于ZigBee技术的传感器网络是理想的方案之一。②阐述ZigBee技术的内容和技术性能,并介绍了IEEE802.15.4技术标准,分析了传感器及传感器网络技术。详细研究了ZigBee传感器网络的协议和网络拓扑,重点研究了网络节点的构成和网络软件技术,研究了ZigBee传感器网络的中间件技术、网关、桥和路由协议和原理,以及路由算法基本流程,分析了ZigBee网络研发须考虑的因素和设计原则,给出了ZigBee传感器网络的性能评价标准。③本论文的重点首先给出了电力系统应用ZigBee技术的现状和优势,分析和论证了ZigBee传感器网络技术的安全可靠性。接着给出了电厂设备内的ZigBee技术的射频信号,即谐波的测试结果。从论证结果看:射频信号没有影响一次设备的安全稳定运行。重点详细地分析论证了:ZigBee技术的射频信号对电厂二次设备的影响和对策。结合电厂二次设备特点,我们研发和应用了许多抗击(诸如射频信号的)干扰的新技术,提高了二次设备的鲁棒性。实践证明;新技术应用的成效是显著的,电厂二次设备抗干扰能力越来越强,电厂二次设备已经做好了研发和应用ZigBee传感器技术的准备。论文给出了ZigBee技术适合电厂应用的场合、条件和传输的数据类型。研究出了未来电厂监测和监控系统层次结构和电厂应用ZigBee传感器网络的三种基本模型。ZigBee传感器技术完全可以满足未来电厂设备的监视和监控系统的要求,ZigBee技术应用在电厂中是必要的可行的安全的。
【Abstract】 To realize Electric power plant informationization, equipment monitoring and supervisory control system need to gain large amount of equipment information. Along with the development and application of modern short distance, low-power consumption wireless communication technology, especially ZigBee technology, the sensor information acquisition technology from the sole wired technology to the technology which wired and wireless unifies, from simplification to integration, miniaturization, then intellectualization, network, become the new means of access to information, thus presents the ZigBee sensor network technology and application.The thesis major task: the earlier period research of the electric power plant to apply the ZigBee sensor technology, including the research of necessity, feasibility, security reliability, cost and so on; the preliminary technological strength for the ZigBee sensor network technology next step research and application. The Main contents of the thesis as follows:①Elaborated the short distance wireless communication technology. Analyzed and compared modern mainstream short distance wireless communication standards: The Bluetooth technology, the ZigBee technology and the Wi-Fi technology, respectively. Proved that based on the ZigBee technology’s sensor network is one of ideal plans.②Elaborated the ZigBee technology content and technical performance. Introduced the IEEE802.15.4 technical standard and analyzed the sensor and the sensor network technology. Studied the ZigBee sensor network agreement and network topology detailedly, particularly the node constitution and network software technology with emphasis. Researched on the ZigBee sensor network middleware technology, gateway, bridge, route agreement and principle, as well as route algorithm basic process. Analyzed the factor and design principle of the ZigBee network and gave the ZigBee sensor network function valuation standard.③The priority of the thesis:First, presented the current situation and superiority of the electrical power system to apply the ZigBee technology, analyzed and proved the ZigBee sensor network technology safety and reliability. Then the power plant equipment’s ZigBee technology radio-frequency signal, namely harmonic test result, is given. Results demonstrate that the radio signal does not affect primary equipment safe and stable operation.Emphatically Analysis and demonstration: ZigBee technology radio-frequency signal to power plant secondary equipment’s influences and countermeasures. We developed and applied many new anti-interference (such as anti radio-frequency signal) technologies to improved secondary equipment’s robustness. Practice proved that the new technical application’s result is remarkable. The power plant secondary equipment anti-interference ability is stronger and stronger, and it is already prepared for researching and developing to apply the ZigBee sensor technology.The paper gave the situation, condition and transmission data type that meets the requirements of ZigBee technology apply to the power plant application. Prospect the future power plant monitor and the supervisory system hierarchical structure, as well as three kind of fundamental models of the power plant applying the ZigBee sensor network. The ZigBee sensor technology can completely meets the requirement of future power plant equipment’s surveillance and supervisory. That the ZigBee technology applies to the power plant is essential, feasible and security.
