基于人工神经网络的工程造价信息预测平台建立研究

【摘要】 目前,我国各大城市都有自己的工程造价信息管理网站,但是,都还没有建立全系统的信息平台,提供的造价信息是一种罗列式的方式,相互之间的数据交换少,仅能满足自己省市范围的工程需要,但在同一个平台内要处理非同一区域的工程,调用其他地区的工程造价信息,或进行一定的工程信息预测或工程指数信息分析则很难实现。因此,基于这样的一个现实,本文试图建立一个较全系统的信息平台,并突出平台功能,利用神经网络对工程信息进行一定的预测。本文是基于人工神经网络的工程造价信息预测平台的建立研究。首先考虑的是建立一个较全系统的工程造价信息平台,平台信息尽量囊括全国各地区的工程造价信息,形成系统完备性,尽量实现数据交换。在完整的信息平台的基础上体现平台的优越性,利用神经网络建立一个信息预测模块,充分利用平台丰富的数据库资源进行工程造价信息预测,同时平台还添加了一定的造价指数分析功能,对某阶段或某单个工程进行相应的指数分析,从而给造价人员或造价单位全面的工程信息。文章主要布局及研究思路:①人工神经网络理论研究阐述人工神经网络的发展史,概念、特点以及人工神经网络的结构和学习方式,着重分析研究BP神经网络的基本原理和学习方式,为平台的预测模块奠定基础。②平台的功能分析本平台的功能分为两个层次:基本功能和主要功能。基本功能是为了体现本平台是一个信息平台,通过基本功能可以对各地区的造价信息进行查询和咨询,即目前通常看到的一般平台的功能。而主要功能则是体现本平台的不同之处,本平台的数据库资源丰富,功能模块技术新颖,为了充分利用丰富的数据库资源和先进的预测技术,通过会员功能,可以进行工程造价信息的预测。③平台的构建研究有了理论基础和明确的平台构建思路,如何将这样的一个理论变为实际就涉及到很多方面,在这里将从平台的预测原理,平台的模块构成到平台的运行研究,再到平台如何实现,一阶段一阶段的分析解决,最终达到平台功能齐全,操作简便、顺利实现的目的。④实例研究通过收集重庆市已完实际工程的造价信息,对平台的预测功能进行训练并模拟检验,对平台的预测功能进行试调、优化最终达到平台的顺利运行,确保平台预测数据的精确度。
【Abstract】 At present, most big cities of our country have their own building cost of projects information management website, but, have not built the entire system’s information platform.The construction cost information provided is one display-like way, the data exchange are few, can only satisfy the project need of oneself provinces or cities scope, But in the same platform in the same region to deal with non-project, and called other parts of the project cost information, but to predict some certain information or engineering works for information analysis are hard to achieve. Therefore, based on such a reality, we attempt to create a more system-wide information platform, prominent platform function, use neural network works on certain information forecast.This article is the establishment research of projects information forecasts platform based on the artificial neural networks. The first consideration is the establishment of a more system-wide project cost information platform, Information platform includes as far as possible the project cost information of various regions of the country, Forms the system completeness, as far as possible to achieve data exchange. Manifests the platform in the complete information platform’s foundation the superiority, establishes an information forecast module using the neural network, carries on the building cost of projects information forecast fully using the platform rich database resources. Simultaneously the platform also increased certain construction cost index analysis function, carries on the corresponding index analysis to some stage or some single project, thus gives the construction cost personnel or the construction cost unit comprehensive project information.Article main research content①Artificial neural network theory researchElaborated the artificial neural networks’ history, the concept, the characteristic as well as artificial neural networks’ structure and the study way, emphatically the analytical of BP neural network’s basic principle and it’s study way, lay the foundation for the platform forecast module.②Platform functional analysisThis platform’s function divides into two levels: Basic function and major function. The basic function is to manifest this platform is an information platform, may carry on the inquiry and the consultation through the basic function to various local construction cost information, namely the general platform function we usually see at present. But the major function is manifests the difference of this platform, the platform has fruitful database resources, and the functional module technology is novel, as to use the rich database resources and the advanced forecasting technology fully, we can use the member function, forecast the building cost of projects information.③Platform construction researchWith theoretical foundation and constructing a platform for clear thinking, how carry such a theory into reality involves many aspects. Here, start from the platform forecast principle, a modular platform to run on the platform, then to how to achieve platform, a stage of a phase of analysis solution, and ultimately achieving platform functional and simple, smooth realization of the objective.④Case studyBy collecting the actual cost information of those projects that had been completed of Chongqing, carries on to the platform forecast function trains and simulates the examination, carries on to the platform forecast function tries,optimization, and ultimately achieving the smooth operation platform to ensure that the platform for the accuracy of projections.
