重庆地区淡水源热泵技术应用研究

【摘要】 一次能源的不断耗竭,全球环境的日趋恶化,节能降耗和环境保护也被提到了国际外交的日程。我国又正处于城镇化快速发展时期,建筑的快速发展使得能耗不断增加;人们为追求更加舒适健康的生活、工作环境,大量的空调正吃掉着建筑近1/2的能源消耗。因此,研究空调节能,降低建筑能耗和环境污染,对实现节能降耗和环境保护有着重要而深远的意义。淡水源热泵技术利用地表浅层淡水资源为建筑供热、制冷,因地表水的温度全年较为稳定、且能吸收并储存几乎取之不尽的太阳能,使得淡水源热泵技术具有节能、环保、运行稳定和可再生等特点,研究开发这项技术也被越来越多的空调技术人员所青睐。本文以重庆淡水源热泵技术示范工程的开展为背景,对重庆地区应用淡水源热泵技术的可行性和淡水源热泵运行效果进行了研究。文章首先对水源热泵的研究进展进行了介绍,并分析总结了该技术的特点和适应范围,针对重庆地区淡水资源丰富的特点,提出在重庆具有应用淡水源热泵技术的优势。然后对重庆嘉陵江的水资源情况进行检测分析,通过冬季水温的分布规律,得出冬季江水温度变化稳定,平均温度在9.2~13.1℃之间,是很好冬季空调供暖热源;并对淡水源热泵运行是否对江水温度产生负面影响进行模拟和测试分析,结果显示一定负荷的淡水源热泵系统运行对江水的影响很小;经两次对重庆长江水资源情况的抽样检测分析,得出江水温度非常适合淡水源热泵技术的应用,且冬季江水水质良好,含沙量低,淡水源热泵取水—水处理技术较为简单;接着对长江淡水源热泵系统的制冷运行工况进行了检测,分析得出淡水源热泵系统制冷工况下,系统EER高达3.52,机组平均EER为5.09,制冷效果良好,说明长江利用淡水源热泵技术具有良好的节能效果。文章还对淡水源热泵取水—水处理技术进行了探讨,在回顾国内外取水及水处理技术发展现状后,介绍了目前的六种水源热泵取水及水处理技术,并针对重庆地区江水特点提出选择取水技术的建议。最后,通过某实际工程采用淡水源热泵技术的技术经济分析,再一次验证了重庆地区适合淡水源热泵技术的应用,应抓住开展淡水源热泵示范工程的契机,努力发展这项技术,使其在重庆地区得到大面积的推广应用。

【Abstract】 With the exhausting of primary energy, and the increasing deterioration of the global environment, energy saving and environmental protection are also mentioned in the international diplomatic agenda. China is also at a period of rapid urbanization, rapid development of construction makes energy consumption increase. People are seeking more comfortable and healthy living and working environment, a large number of air-conditioning systems are eating off almost 1/2 of building energy consumption. Therefore, studying energy-saving of air conditioning, reducing building energy consumption and environmental pollution, and achieving energy saving and environmental protection have profound and lasting significance.Fresh water source heat pump technology uses surface freshwater resources for the building heating and refrigeration. For the distribution of surface water’s temperature is relatively stable in a year, and the water can absorb and store almost inexhaustible solar energy, so that the water-source heat pump technology has energy-saving, environmental protection, stable and renewable characteristics. Research and development of this technology is favored by more and more air-conditioning technicians.This paper relies on the carrying out of freshwater source heat pumps demonstration projects, the feasibility and operation effect of freshwater source heat pump technology in Chongqing was studied. The article first introduced the reseach progress of water-source heat pumps and its characteristics. For Chongqing is rich in freshwater resources, the advantages of using freshwater source heat pump technology in Chongqing is proposed, but there are also some key technical problems to be solved. Then the temperature of Chongqing Jialing River water is tested and analyzed, results show that the water temperature distribution are relatively stability in winter, and the average temperature is between 9.2 to 13.1℃. So the river water is a good source for winter heating. The simulation and test analysis show that the impact of proper capacity freshwater source heat pump which operates in the river water is very small. Two times sampling test and analysis prov that Chongqing Yangtze River water is very suitable for freshwater source heat pump technology application. The good quality and low sediment concentration make the water and water treatment technology for water source heat pump relatively easy. And then, the operation of Yangtze River water source heat pump system on cooling condition is tested, results show that the system EER is as high as 3.52, unit integrated EER is 5.09, the cooling effect is very good. Therefore, it has a good energy saving effect using Yangtze River water as heating or cooling resouces for freshwater source heat pumps. The water-water treatment technology for freshwater source heat pump was also discussed. After reviewing the water treatment technology and the development status both at home and abroad, six species common of water-water treatment technology of water source heat pumps, and how to choose suitable technical according to the features of river water in Chongqing area were introduced. Finally, a technological-economic feasibility analysis of water source heat pump technology application in practical project was introduced. Results prove again that freshwater source heat pump technology is suitable for Chongqing, seizing opportunity of the fresh water source heat pump demonstration project to develop this technology and make it applicate in large area in Chongqing.
