【摘要】 在经济体制改革的浪潮中,一些企业取得了成功,但更多的企业仍在痛苦的挣扎。无论从成功的经验还是从失败的教训来说,企业的技术水平和产品结构都是决定其成败的关键因素。我们发现,成功转型的企业都有一个共同点,即其产品结构紧跟市场步伐,专注于企业技术创新能力的培养,制定有严格的技术战略。而在转型过程中遇到种种困难的企业,往往都是因为还没有意识到技术与技术创新能力培养的重要性,这点在转型过程中的国有企业更为普遍。因此,笔者力争通过本文改变这些企业目前所处困境,提高企业的认识,增强企业市场竞争力。企业的竞争,归根结底是产品之间的竞争,产品结构的调整、优化是提升企业核心竞争力的关键,而技术改造和技术创新又是促进产品结构调整升级的最根本的手段。本文介绍了技术跨越和产品结构调整的相关理论,在深入分析技术跨越路径的基础上,探讨了其内在机理,即在技术能力演化过程的每个阶段都经历了从外部技术源到内部途径的转换过程——技术知识外源与内部途径的螺旋上升,并在此基础上建立了追赶——跨越系统演化模型,从总体上考察技术跨越系统。通过基于技术战略与经营战略的互动观刻画了企业技术路径与产品结构调整的共同进化。同时,在技术跨越背景下探讨了企业产品结构调整的策略。一元化经营企业在拥有自主技术创新能力的条件下可以选择产品线延伸和产品项目填补策略,多元化经营企业在产品结构调整过程中需要考虑技术融合问题,可以选择技术、市场相关联的策略。最后结合XXX企业的实际情况,研究了该企业的成长历程与技术轨迹,刻画了面向技术跨越的产品结构动态演化过程,并结合其所在产业的特点,对各业务板块技术跨越模式进行了选择,在文章的最后总结了该企业实施产品结构调整的效果,并对其未来产品结构调整给出了中肯建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the wave of economic reform, and some of them have been successful, but more and more enterprises are still painful struggle. Whether or from the successful experiences and lessons from the failure, the enterprise technical standards, and product structure to determine its success or failure is the key factor. We found that successful transformation of enterprises have one thing in common, that is, its product mix keep up with the pace of the market, specializing in enterprise technology innovation capacities, develop strict technical strategy. In the restructuring of the difficulties encountered in the process of the enterprises, often because they are not aware of the importance of technology and technological innovation ability in the course of the restructuring. Especially in state-owned enterprise.Therefore, I strive to adoption of this change in the plight of these enterprises, and improving their understanding and enhance their market competitiveness.The competition between enterprises is fundamentally concentrated on product competition. Product mix adjustment and optimization is the key point to build up the core competence of an enterprise while, absolutely, originating from the technological reformation and innovation.This paper though introducing the technological leapfrogging and product mix related theory, in-depth analysis of a technological leap path on the basis of its inherent mechanism, that is, in the evolution of the technological capacity of each stage have gone through technology from outside sources to the internal channels conversion process. and the technical knowledge of the source of the internal spiral channels, and on this basis, established the model of catch-up-leapfrogging system, the overall inspection system a technological leap. Through the business and technology strategies based on the interaction of strategic enterprise technology path depicts a readjustment of the product mix evolution of the common. At the same time, in view of the unified management and diversification were based on the technological leap to the product mix adjustment mode.At the same time, on the context of technological leap, discussed the strategy of enterprises product mix adjustment. The enterprises, on the Premise, have the ability of independent innovation.
