基于AJAX的科研项目管理系统的研究与开发

【摘要】 从提高科研项目管理部门对科研项目管理的工作效率、使管理更加科学实用的角度出发,实现科研项目管理部门各项管理工作的科学化、信息化、网络化与规范化,实现科研管理各职能部门在信息资源管理方面的数据共享,以推动科研管理工作的信息化建设,是一项意义重大的工作。论文通过需求调研,采用AjaX技术、以Structs为框架,完成了系统的架构设计和数据库设计。文中分析了用户对业务流程、系统功能和性能等方面的需求,对关键的业务逻辑进行了用例分析,最终实现了科研项目申报、科研项目管理和系统管理等功能。系统实现基于J2EE架构,数据库采用MS SQL SERVER 2000。本文的主要内容有:①对Structs、B/S架构、DWR框架进行了剖析,针对用户需求和系统特点,确立了采用基于Ajax模式的Structs技术体系,以提高系统的可维护性、可操作性和可扩展性。②通过对现有科研项目管理部门科研项目管理系统的分析,完成了系统的功能结构框架和数据库结构,使系统的整体设计更为合理。③完成了科研项目申报、科研项目管理和系统管理等核心模块的设计方案,业务流程、功能性需求更能满足用户需要。④实现了一个原型系统,测试结果表明,系统设计合理,可扩展性强,能较好的实现与其它应用系统的协作,用户可随时通过Internet进行项目申报或管理,真正的实现了科研项目的网络化管理。
【Abstract】 In order to improve the efficiency and make it more scientific and practical for managing the scientic research item management so as to promote the informatization construction in scientic research management department, It should make it more scientific in item management, higher in informatization degree, more wider in networked scope, more integrity and standardization in preservative data information, and satisfy the needs of data share in all function departments. It is a significant task.Based on the requirement investigation, by means of Ajax technology, adopting the technical platform of Structs, It completed the system framework and database design. In the paper it analyzed the user requirement in aspects of operation flowchart, system function and performance and so on. And it also made anaysis of use case for key ooperation logic. Finally it realized two subsystems that are archives management and system function management subsystem. The system development was based on the framework of J2EE and the Sql Server database. The following work has been completed in the paoper.①Made the anatomy for Structs、B/S framework、DWR framework technologies, aimed at the user reqirement it determined to apply the technicalarchitecture of Structs based on Ajax mode that could enhance the maintainability, maneuverability, expandability of the system.②By analyzing the existent item management systems of scientic research department, The functional framework and database structures of system has been completed, it makes the whole design of system more reasonable③Completed a design scheme of the item declaration subsystem , item management subsystem and the system management subsystem,that can satisfy the requirements in operation flow and function requirement of users successfully.④It realized a prototype system. The basic test results shown the design of system is more reasonable and expansible. The system can cooperate well with other application and usr can declare item or management through Internet at any moment, so to realy and truly realize networked management of scientic research item.
