高校图书馆网站建设现状分析与对策研究

【摘要】 随着计算机技术、网络技术、通信技术的飞速发展,尤其是因特网的普及,对以文献搜集、整理、存储和传递为主要内容的传统图书馆服务提出了更高的要求。为了能继续保持在信息服务领域的主导地位,图书馆的服务方式发生了重大变革,以单一印刷型信息载体为基础的传统图书馆正向以多种媒介为基础、以数字资源为重点、以网络应用为中心、以资源共享为特点的网络化、数字化图书馆转变。而依托因特网建立图书馆网站,构建信息交流平台,则为实现这一转变提供了可行途径。网站建设是高校图书馆向用户提供信息服务的重要手段,是图书馆数字化建设进程中的重要组成部分,发挥着举足轻重的作用。图书馆网站的质量直接会影响图书馆的网络信息服务水平。如何加强图书馆网站建设,通过网站为用户提供快捷、高质量的信息服务已经成为高校图书馆发展与建设面临的一项重要的研究课题,它关系到高校图书馆数字化建设的未来发展方向。本文首先针对高校图书馆网络化、数字化、虚拟化的发展趋势,从用户、图书馆自身和社会需求出发,提出了高校图书馆网站建设的必要性和重要性,然后以陕西省高校图书馆网站作为调查对象,采用文献研究法、调查研究法、访谈法等研究方法,从高校图书馆网站的信息资源建设、信息服务、信息组织形式等三方面对网站建设情况进行了深入的调查研究并提出了目前图书馆网站建设过程中存在的问题。在此基础上结合本人从事高校图书馆网站建设的工作实践,针对目前图书馆网站建设存在的问题和形成原因,提出了树立以用户为中心的设计理念、加强图书馆信息资源建设、更新服务观念,拓展服务项目、建立有效的网站运行和管理机制、加强网站宣传与维护等建设性的对策和建议。对于推动我国高校图书馆网站建设的进一步发展、提高图书馆为教学科研服务的效率、促进图书馆之间交流与合作、推动图书馆自动化、网络化、数字化建设进程的加快等方面具有一定的理论意义和实用价值。同时对具体从事图书馆网站建设实践与研究的专业人士具有一定的借鉴作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the rapid development of computer technology, network technology, communication technology, particularly the popularity of the Internet, to collect documents, collating, storage and transmission as the main content of traditional library services, which pose a challenge. To be able to continue to maintain dominant position in the field of information services, the Library’s services means a major change ,to a single printing of information carrier-based traditional library forward in a variety of media-based to digital resources, focusing on a web application As the center and the sharing of resources for the characteristics of the network, and digital libraries change. Relying on the Internet established the libraries sites , building the information exchange platform for achieving this change provides a feasible way. Site construction is the important means of University Library provide information services to users, an important part of the library digital playing a decisive role. Library Web site will directly affect the quality of the library network information services. How to strengthen the library building, through a web site to provide users with fast, high-quality information services has become a university library development and the construction of an important topic, it has a bearing on the number of university library building for the futuredevelopment direction.This paper for development trend of university library network, digital, virtual, from the user, libraries and social needs, proposed the necessity and importance of building university library site, then play Shaanxi Province University Libraries Website as a subject of investigation, by literature analysis, network resources analysis, summarized, from the site of the University Library Information Resources building, information services, information sites, such as the tripartite organization in the face of the building site conducted an in-depth investigations and studies and propose the existing problems of current library building.Based on the practice of my building library website, against the current library building of the problems and causes, proposed to establish a user-centered design concepts, and to enhance the building of library information resources, the concept of service to update and expand Service projects, the establishment of an effective Web site operation and management mechanism, strengthen publicity and maintenance of sites such as the overall strategy and specific measures .This has very important guiding significance to promote the further development of the construction site, improve the library building theory, improve the teaching and research library for the efficiency of the service, and promote exchanges and cooperation between the library and promote the library automation, networking, digital acceleration of the process of building the areas of. At the same time, this has major significance to the specific construction site in the library and research professionals with a reference value ,to the reform development of whole society libraries and the development of higher education ,to cater to the development of future high-speed network the needs of the community.更多还原
