【摘要】 知识经济的兴起,使传统产业向知识或技术密集型方向发展,技术创新成为提升区域产业竞争力的主要途径。纺织业是潍坊市的传统与支柱产业,对于全市的经济发展、出口创汇和劳动就业具有重要作用。进入21世纪,随着全面买方市场的出现,产业发展日益增长的技术需求与技术供给能力不足的矛盾越来越突出,技术瓶颈成为制约潍坊市纺织业发展的主要因素。通过技术创新提升产业结构,提高产品附加值以及产品竞争力成为一个亟待解决的课题。论文首先从技术创新的内涵入手,介绍了技术创新的经典理论、相关的产业经济理论和区域经济理论,对国内外技术创新领域的研究进展进行了综合评述。在此基础上介绍了潍坊市纺织业发展的特征、技术创新的现状,通过与绍兴市纺织业的对比分析,总结出技术创新存在的问题。然后针对存在的问题,提出了切实可行的对策措施,并建立相应的保障机制。关于问题的分析和对策的选择两部分是本论文的重点。论文分析认为,潍坊市纺织业技术创新存在的主要问题是:创新人才和技术能力严重不足,企业远未成为技术创新的主体,产业集中度与规模经济水平偏低。通过对纺织业技术创新的内容和创新方式的分析,提出合作创新是潍坊市纺织业实现技术创新的最有效途径,并探索性地提出了合作创新的两条路经:一是以山东半岛城市群建设为契机,与青岛市构建一体化创新体系,加强产学研合作;二是通过企业并购整合创新资源,获得协同效应,实现跨越性技术创新。最后,以山东海龙股份有限公司技术创新为例,利用合作创新的三阶段模型从微观层面上剖析了该公司合作创新的模式与路径选择,以其成功经验印证了技术创新促进产业发展的一般规律。更多还原

【Abstract】 Along with knowledge economy’s rising up, traditional industry develops in knowledge-intensive or technology-intensive direction. Technological innovation has become the primary way to promote competitive power of regional industry. Textile industry is the traditional and major pillar industry in Weifang, it played an influential role in economic development, earning foreign exchange through export and labor employment in the whole city. Since 21st century, along with comprehensive buyers’ market being appeared, the contradiction between technology demand that is growing day by day and supply that is insufficient is getting more and more prominent. Technical bottleneck has become the primary factor that has restricted the development of Weifang’s textile industry. It has become an urgently solved topic that industrial structure, added value and competitive power of products will be enhanced through technological innovation.This thesis begins from the connotation of technological innovation .It introduces several classical theories of technological innovation and the related industrial economic theory and regional economic theory. It summarizes the achievements of domestic and overseas researches in technological innovation field. Based on this, the thesis introduces the characteristics of Weifang’s textile industry and present situation about technological innovation, and it induces the questions of technological innovation by comparing with Shaoxing textile industry. Then the thesis proposes practical and feasible countermeasures according to these questions and establishes corresponding safeguard mechanism.Two parts about question analyzing and countermeasure choosing are the key points in this thesis. It analyses the matters of technological innovation of Weifang’s textile industry. At first, the talented person and the technology for technological innovation are deficient. Secondly, enterprises have ever not acted as principal role. Finally, the industrial concentration degree and the scale economy level are low. Based on this, the thesis states that cooperative innovation is the most efficient way for Weifang’s textile industry after having analyzed the primary coverage of technological innovation and the innovation ways of textile industry. It also proposes two passes for collaborative innovation: At first, taking the opportunity of Shandong peninsula urban cluster being built, an integrative innovation system should be constructed together with Qingdao to strengthen industry-study-research cooperation; Secondly, enterprises can conformity innovation resources through merging and acquisition to obtain cooperative effect and realize spanning technological innovation.Finally, the technological innovative practice of Shandong Helon Co.,Ltd. are taken as example to analyze pattern and paths of its collaborative innovation at microscopic angle by three stage model of collaborative innovation , and the general rule of technological innovation promoting industrial development is verified by its successful experience.更多还原
