【摘要】 政务信息化作为国家实施全面信息化的基础和龙头,越来越受到各级政府和部门的高度重视。潍坊企业上市服务平台系统就是结合先进的信息网络技术,充分引导企业利用当前资本市场发展的新形势、新机遇,拓展融资渠道,更好地了解掌握企业上市的条件、上市程序及上市需要注意的问题。金融证券办工作人员也可以通过平台系统对拟上市公司的上市进程进行动态掌握,并对上市公司相关数据进行科学的统计,全面掌握潍坊市资本市场发展现状,更好为上市公司、拟上市公司和众多上市资源企业提供服务。本文以统一建模语言(UML)为分析设计描述语言,对平台系统进行需求获取、需求分析和系统设计,并最终确定采用ASP.NET平台开发系统与SQLServer 2005数据库相结合,实现B/S三层体系结构。本文简要阐述了系统实现需要解决的主要问题;对系统整体进行了概要描述;对需求分析和设计的方法进行了细致阐述,对系统实现过程中对关键问题的解决给出具体的实现技术和实现方法。潍坊企业上市服务平台系统具有上市资源培育、上市公司服务、上市公司统计、证券基本知识、法律法规、用户管理6个功能模块,操作简单、方便。目前,该平台系统己经在实际应用中试运行,且应用情况良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Government affairs informatization as be base and a leader of a nation actualized comprehensive informatization, more and more governments at all levels and departments attach great importance to. WeiFang company listing service platform system is combined with advanced information network technology, plenitude leaded corporation using current capital market development in the new situation, new opportunities, to extend financing channels, know to have the problem that listing of a company condition, to be listed procedure and to be listed need to pay attention to in hand much better .The finance & security office staff also to be able to be listed course out development grasping , the relevance data carries out the science statistics on a listed company, grasp the Wei Fang City capital market present situation all round, easier to draft for listed company , to be listed company and a lot of resource enterprise providing services.This article take unifies modelling language (UML) as the analysis design description language, put up the demand gain, the demand analysis and the system design to the platform system, finally and determined uses the ASP.NET platform development system and SQL Server 2005 databases unifies, realizes the B/S three architectures. This article describes the system to realize the need to solve the main problem; of the system as a whole was described in outline; has carried on the careful elaboration to the requirement analysis and the design method, gives the concrete realization technology and the realization method to the system realization process in to the key question solution.WeiFang company listing service platform system has going on the market resources cultivation, listed company serves, listed company counts, the negotiable securities basic knowledge, the rules and regulations ,the user manages six function modules, the operation is simpl and convenient.At present, this platform system oneself after in the practical application experimental movement, also the application situation is good .更多还原
