烟草配送中心设备管理系统研究

【摘要】 近几年来,烟草物流建设发展迅猛。物流设施与设备的现代化水平不断提高,越来越趋于自动化、集成化和智能化。设备管理水平的高低直接影响着物流功能的实现,影响着系统的效益。目前烟草企业普遍存在着设备综合效率低下的问题。本文在对设备管理领域的相关理论,特别是前沿理论和未来发展趋势进行了全面研究以后,对卷烟配送中心物流设备管理系统进行了深入研究。通过现状分析,发现卷烟物流设备管理存在着故障诊断困难、停机时间长,维修工作收效甚微等问题。这些问题已经严重制约了生产的正常运行,进而影响到了物流效率的提升,综合效益的发展。本文运用现代设备管理理论分析了烟草配送中心物流设备管理现状的直接原因。在此基础上运用因果分析,找到了问题深层次原因——设备管理不当和缺少先进的设备管理系统。在设备管理系统的研究中,提出应用现代设备管理的理论和方法,利用信息技术、统计技术及网络技术等手段对设备管理进行信息传递、处理,研究建立一个先进的、动态的管理信息平台,以支持企业提高设备的安全可靠性、降低维修成本,真正实现状态检修、动态管理的目的。方案还对将会制约其有效实施的约束条件进行了研究。同时为确保设计方案的可操作性,文章结合实例对设备管理系统的实施进行了探讨,并对关键设备划分、设备管理指标的制定提出具体内容。整个研究始终坚持理论联系实际的原则以系统思想的方法,利用现代信息技术和设备管理理论的最新发展成果,以及ABC分类法、绩效考评、企业教练法则等管理学方法来解决实际问题。

【Abstract】 During recent years, the tobacco logistics develops very fast. The modernization level of logistics facility and equipment improves unceasingly, which tends to automatic, integration and intelligent. The level of equipment management directly affects the logistics function and efficiency. Nowadays, the problem of low synthetically equipment efficiency exists widely in tobacco enterprises. Based on the research of equipment management theories, especially the latest theories and future direction, this paper makes a deep study of tobacco logistics equipment management system.By actuality analysis, it can be found the problem of difficult failure diagnosis and long pause time in tobacco equipment management system, which have badly restricted production and influence the improvement of logistics efficiency.This paper applied the modern equipment management theories to analyze the situation of tobacco logistics equipment management. Then find the deep reason of the problem by means of cause and effect analysis: lack of advanced equipment management system.This research utilizes the modern equipment management theories, the information technology, Statistic technology and network technology to dispose the equipment management problem, establish a advanced and dynamic information management platform, which supports enterprise, enhances safety, reduces maintenance cost to reach the goal of dynamic management. This paper also studies the restriction of application. Meanwhile, in order to make the design available , the paper make a detailed research in the real case, the simulation, the assignment of crucial equipment management quid line.All the research links theory with practice ,uses the modern information technology and latest equipment management production, combined with ABC method, performance appraisals, business coaching to solve the real problem.
