【摘要】 2006年以来,随着中国银行业全面对外开放和我国金融改革的稳步推进,尤其是十七届三中全会有关农村金融改革的突破,我国金融业发生了前所未有的巨变。在湖北省,外资银行纷纷抢滩开设分支机构,国内银行积极进行股份制改革,村镇银行也大有星火燎原之势,中国农业银行湖北省分行的发展面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战。因此,对中国农业银行湖北省分行来说,如何顺利完成股份制转变,从经营理念、运行机制和运作模式等方面出发,充分发挥自身的优势,弥补自身的不足,不断提升竞争力,同股份制商业银行、地方性商业银行和外资银行等进行竞争,并在竞争中保持优势地位已经成为重中之重。文章立足于湖北省,通过建立商业银行竞争力评价体系,从定性和定量的角度同时出发,将中国农业银行湖北省分行与其他目标商业银行进行比较研究,最终得出了中国农业银行湖北省分行的优势和劣势。同时,针对中国农业银行湖北省分行自身的劣势和面对的威胁提出了相应的对策和建议,为其如何提升自身竞争力提供了理论基础和政策依据。本文共分为五章。第一章是对文章研究背景的分析和对相关理论的回顾和总结;第二章是商业银行竞争力比较研究框架的构建。在遵循商业银行竞争力评价体系构建的相关原则下,首先从影响商业银行竞争力的因素入手,选取构建商业银行竞争力评价体系所需的指标:其次,对竞争力评价体系的各个指标进行赋权;最后,引入指标的标准化换算方法进而得出商业银行竞争力指数的计算方法;第三章是利用第二章给出的商业银行竞争力指数的计算方法对所选商业银行的竞争力进行实证研究,通过各项指标的得分高低来分析中国农业银行湖北省分行的优势和不足;第四章是针对前章得出的中国农业银行湖北省分行的劣势和面对的威胁提出了相应的对策和建议;最后一章是对本文的总结和展望,提出了本文研究过程中的不足并指明了本文未来的研究前景。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the fully opening to the world at the end of 2006 and reform of finance policies, great changes have taken place in the banking field, many new commercial banks appeared in China.In Hubei province, some large International banks were also attracted, including Citibank, East Asia and other 20 large banks. Many domestic commercial banks also completed the joint-stock reform and reorganization of assets and got listed, and three of the four state-owned banks have got listed with the exception of Agricultural Bank of China. Meanwhile, many rural banks appeared because of the finance reform. The challenges that Agricultural Bank of China faces are unprecedented.Therefore, how to complete the reformation and enhance the competitiveness and compete with the joint-stock banks , local commercial banks and foreign banks become a top priority.In the thesis, the competitiveness of the following banks were studied, four state-owned commercial banks, Rural Credit Cooperatives, Bank of Communications and China Merchants’ Bank. And then the advantages and the disadvantage of Agricultural Bank of China Hubei Provincial Branch were conducted. And the suggestions which help how to face the threat and deal with the disadvantages were also given, which provided a theoretical basis for making policy.The thesis is divided into five chapters. I focused on the analysis of the research background and the summary of the relevant theories in the first chapter. And then I studied the framework of the competitiveness of commercial banks in the second chapter. I started with the factors that are important for the competitiveness of the commercial banks in the chapter. Then I determined the weights of the different indicators, and I got the method how to calculate the competitiveness index. After that I used the above method to calculate and compare the competitiveness of commercial banks, and then we knew the advantages and disadvantages of Agricultural Bank of China Hubei Provincial Branch. We gave the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions that could help deal with the problems. The last chapter is a summary and outlook. It explained the shortages of the study and pointed out the prospects for future research.更多还原
