【摘要】 随着高科技的迅猛发展,传统的企业管理模式已经不能满足市场需求了,主要表现在无法快速回应市场的变化。在这种情况下,供应链管理模式应运而生,很好的解决了这个问题。尽管如此,供应链成员企业之间是既合作又竞争的关系,企业既要保证自身利益不受侵犯,又要实现供应链效益最大化,使得企业决策变得非常复杂。如何有效地把供应链成员自身和整个供应链绩效结合,科学分析企业具体决策行动,显得尤为重要。目前,我国对供应链管理的研究才刚刚起步,还没有形成一个的完整的科学体系,主要原因是企业之间缺乏信任和合作,导致供应链整体效益不高,从而使供应链管理思想应用于企业中变得困难重重。因此本文就围绕供应链企业合作关系展开研究分析。本文主要是在博弈理论的框架内,通过建立博弈模型,分析企业如何在合作状态下实现“双赢”,以及如何维持这种长期的合作关系,文章分为以下五个部分。第一章,绪论。阐述论文研究的意义,国内外关于博弈论应用于供应链的研究状况,以及论文的主要研究内容与研究方法。第二章,供应链理论和博弈论理论基础。先从定义、分类、发展历程三方面分别详述了供应链理论和博弈理论的基础,然后对博弈论应用于供应链的可行性行了分析,并得出博弈论方法应用于供应链分析是完全可行的。本章为接下来的研究打下了坚实的理论基础。第三章,供应链企业合作的博弈分析。这章是本文研究的重点。首先,对供应链企业的合作关系进行分析。然后,建立了供应链企业合作的一般模型,得出了在一次博弈中供应链企业合作的四种不同的均衡结果。最后,在分析了参与供应链和伙伴选择的博弈过程的基础上进行谈判,以实现合作,利用谈判博弈分析了两成员谈判博弈,并给出了协调供应链中多供应商成员合作博弈的原则。第四章,供应链企业合作问题的对策建议。分析了供应链委托-代理问题,并对如何解决问题提出了对策。第五章,结束语。总结论文的主要工作与创新点,展望未来研究的方向。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the high-tech developing quickly, the traditional management model of enterprises can’t fit the market need that the model can’t response the change of market very quickly. In this case, the supply chain management model appeals in time. This model has solved the problem easily. However, the supply chain enterprises are cooperative and competitive. Enterprises not only have to guarantee itself interest, but also have to realize the best performance of supply chain, which make the decision of enterprises very complicated. So far, we don’t know the supply chain management well because we had started late. The theory of supply chain management hasn’t become a complete scientific system. The members of the supply chain enterprises can not trust and cooperate with each other, so the benefit of whole supply chain is not high and the thought of supply chain management can not apply of setting up cooperation fellowship. So I started my research with the cooperative relationship of the supply chain enterprises.My thesis analyses enterprises how to achieve win-win in the cooperative relationship, how to keep the long-term relationship based on the theory of game and establishing the game model. This thesis can divide to five parts.Chapter one is a introduction. It includes why I wrote this thesis, research profile at home and abroad, the primary research and the method I use in the research.Chapter two is about the basic theory of the supply chain and game. Both theory have three matters that include concept, kind, and developing history. Then it analyses the possibility of using the theory of game in the supply chain. And it proves that could work. This chapter is very important for the next chapters.Chapter three analyses the cooperation of the supply chain enterprises base on the theory of game. It is the whole point in this thesis. First of all, it analyses the cooperative relationship of the supply chain enterprises. Secondly, it establishes a normal model of the cooperation. This model includes four different result of balance. Finally, it negotiates based on analysis in the supply chain and choosing partners in order to work together in a better team. It analyses two members of the negotiating game on the use of game analysis of the negotiations, and gives the supply chain to coordinate multi-vendor members of the cooperative game.Chapter four is about strategy recommendations of the supply chain enterprises’ cooperation. It analyzes the principal-agent problem in the supply chain, and how to solve the problems of countermeasures.Chapter five is the concluding words. It sums the main work of the thesis, creative point, its shortcoming, and researching directions in future.更多还原
