环保型水基合成切削液配方优化设计与研制

【摘要】 水基切削液具有冷却效果好、可节约能源和提高工作效率等特点,日渐广泛应用于金属加工工艺中,并且有逐步替代油基润滑剂的趋势。其中尤以水基合成型切削液的优异性更为突出。与传统的含矿物油乳化液(乳化油型)和微乳化液(又称半合成液)相比,高水基合成型切削液由于完全不含机械油,在清洗性、防锈性、冷却性、加工可视性、抗菌性和稳定性等方面都具有显著的特点,而在国内逐渐获得广泛的应用。本课题结合绿色制造的理念,分析了对切削液技术的新要求,探讨了环保型切削液的发展趋势,提出了研发新型切削液的评价指标方法。为了保护环境,在研制过程中,限制使用对环境和人体有害的添加剂。在切削液具有较好的润滑、防锈、冷却和清洗性能要求的条件下,自制和选用低毒、低污染的添加剂来制备环保型切削液。环保型生物降解添加剂(无毒型添加剂)是本课题重点研究与应用的方向,并选用具有一剂多用功能的添加剂的,减少添加剂的使用种类。例如:有机硼酸酯类、钼酸盐等添加剂,进一步减少切削液对环境和人体健康的危害。本课题根据切削工艺对切削液性能的要求,选择合适的添加剂。首先,合成和选择绿色添加剂的主要添加剂的合成和选用:葵二酸三乙醇胺(合成)、十二烯基丁二酸、油酸三乙醇胺(合成)、硼酸酯,钼酸钠;其他选用添加剂:吐温-80、碳酸钠、硼砂、硫脲、苯甲酸钠、BTA、无机消泡剂等。因为现在多数研究者用正交法或其他科学方法,选择一种切削液性能指标为基础研制切削液,只能在切削液满足单一方面性能达到最优的基础上,得到切削液的配方,很难满足切削液的其他性能最优的要求。选择各种添加剂的基础上,根据切削工艺的要求和国家标准,选择主要的实验指标:外观、存储安定性、透明度、pH值、消泡性、表面张力、腐蚀性、润滑性。按照正交法分成几种配方方案,然后对各配方方案的性能进行测试,并把模糊数学的一级数学模糊模型应用到配方的优化,最后研制出综合指标最优的环保型水基切削液配方。

【Abstract】 Water-basedd Cutting Fluid has a good cooling effect, save energy and improve efficiency, and other characteristics of the increasingly widely used in metal processing technology, and has gradually substitute oil-basedd lubricants. Particularly in the water-based synthesized Cutting Fluid of the more prominent of Merit. With the traditional mineral oil-containing emulsion (oilbasedd emulsion) and micro-emulsion (also known as semi-synthetic fluid), the high-water-basedd synthetic cutting fluid ,because of mechanical completely free of oil, cleaning, rust-proof, cooling , Visibility processing, anti-bacterial and stability in such areas have significant characteristics in the domestic and gradually get a wide range of applications.This topic, According to the of the idea of green manufacturing, analysis of the cutting fluid technology, new requirements on environment-friendly development trend of cutting fluid, a research and development of new cutting fluid evaluation of the request, restrict on the use of harmful additives for ecological and human. In the cutting fluid has good lubrication, rust-proof, cooling and cleaning performance requirements of the conditions, the subject of this self-selection and low toxicity, low-pollution additive to the preparation of green cutting fluid. Environment-friendly bio-degradable additives (additive-free) is the subject of the study and application of direction. Than with a selection of more than 1 with the function of the additives, such as: organic boric acid ester, to further reducing the cutting fluid on the environment and human health risks.The topic, According to cutting process require to cutting fluid performance, select appropriate additives. By the basis of Environmental protection, adopt and synthetic additives. Synthesis and choose of mostly addtive: kwai acid triethanolamine (synthetic), polyethylene glycol, oleic acid triethanolamine (synthetic), boric acid ester, sodium molybdate; selection of other additives: Tween -80,sodiu m carbonate, borax, thiourea, sodium benzoate, BTA, such as inorganic defoamer.Because most of the researchers are orthogonal or other scientific methods, cutting fluid can only meet a single area to achieve optimal performance on the basis of the formula has been cutting fluid, so it is difficult to achieve the optimal formula. Select a variety of additives on the basis of the cutting process in accordance with the requirements of national standards and select key indicators of the experiment: the appearance, storage stability, transparency, pH value, anti-foaming, surface tension, corrosion resistance, lubricating property. Orthogonal into law in accordance with the formula of several programs, and then on the formula to test the performance of the program, and fuzzy math of fuzzy math model of a formula applied to the optimization of the final development of a comprehensive formula of the best indicators of environment-friendly Water Base Cutting Liquid.
