船模数控机床优化设计及其CAM系统研究

【摘要】 船模是预报实船航行性能和辅助船舶科研教学的重要工具,船模作为实船试验的近似替代品,其可靠程度(即动力相似性)是和它的几何相似性密切相关的:船模的尺寸比例必须满足一定的要求,更重要的是几何加工精度要高、船底表面足够光滑,否则会使试验结果误差增大。随着船舶制造技术的不断发展,对船模制作的要求越来越高,客观上要求将先进的制造技术引进到船模加工过程中,逐渐取代传统的手工制作方法。Computer-aided manufacturing(CAM)是制造业用得最普遍的信息化技术,它引发了各个行业制造领域中的一场革命。计算机的辅助使得工程师们从繁重的体力劳动中开始解脱,它使技术人员能有更多的精力从事创造性的活动。CAM的仿真技术可以利用计算机图像模拟加工过程,并观察刀具运动,及刀具对加工部位工件材料的切除过程。这样可以从本质上提高检验的效率,节省劳动力,节约生产资源。本文根据船模制造自动化的发展趋势,对船模数控机床的CAM系统进行了研究与开发,并对船模数控机床在加工中出现的问题进行了分析和提出了相应的解决方案。具体工作入下:首先,分析了船模制造,船舶制造的现代加工手段以及发展趋势,阐述了CAM技术的运用对数字化造船的重要意义,并且对当今CAM技术以及CAM各个功能模块进行了研究;其次,对三维造型软件Unigraphics及其二次开发软件UG/OPEN GRIP和UG/OPEN API进行研究;再次,开发了便于操作的CAM软件,对船模加工过程进行了模拟仿真,通过后置处理生成了数控加工的G代码;最后,分析了船模数控机床在加工过程中出现的撞刀、加工方案和机械结构缺陷的问题,提出了相应的解决方案,并阐述了本系统今后发展完善的方向。

【Abstract】 The ship model is an important tool for forecasting the sailing capability of its real prototype; it also acts as an important role in the ship research and teaching courses. As the approximately substitute of ship testing, the reliable extent of ship model is nearly correlative to its geometrical approximate characteristic. Its scale of size must satisfy a certain extent of demand. The more important things are high precision of geometrical machining and enough smoothness of underside of ship model. Otherwise it would make the error of experimental result enlarge. With the development of ships manufacturing technology, the process of ship model manufacturing puts higher demands on its method and equipments. Advanced manufacturing technologies should be introduced into the field of ship model shaping, and replace the traditional handcraft method.As the most popular information technology, Computer-aided manufacturing(CAM) breaks out the revolution in manufacturing field of various industry. CAM technology developments release the Engineers from heavy manual works and promote the Engineers to have much energy to do some creationary things. Imitative technique of CAM may use computer graphics virtually machining and observe tool motion and cutting process for roughcast. It can essentially enhance the efficiency of test and save labor force and manufacturing resource.According to the development trend of ship model manufacture, the paper puts forwards research on CAM system of ship model numerical-control milling machine. It analyzed and resolved some problem occurred in process of manufacturing ship model. The detailed task is as follows:First, the paper made an analysis of manufacturing methods for ship model and the trend of ship model manufacturing, narrated the significance of application of CAM technique for numerical shipbuilding It forwards researching CAM system and CAM submodule. Second, the paper researched the 3D software Unigraphics and its secondary development software UG/OPEN GRIP and UG/OPEN API.Third, the paper empoldered CAM software menu and introduces the methods that imitate the machining of ship model and create NC code by post processing.Last, the paper analyzed the problem occurred in process of manufacturing ship model, for example, cutting-collision, the deficiency of manufacturing method and mechanical framework. It forwards the measure to resolve the problem, and narrates the development trend and targets of the CAM system of the ship model numerical-control machine.
