大型火电机组引风机状态检修研究

【摘要】 随着电力企业的改革,发电企业面临越来越大的竞争压力,为了在保证安全的前提下,增加发电设备的可靠性和经济性,降低发电成本,特别是降低庞大的维修费用,变得日益迫切。而现代计算机技术和设备诊断,监测技术的发展又为设备管理模式的转变提供了契机。本文在充分了解国内外研究应用现状及发展动向的基础上,综合分析了电厂现行的多种维修方式,提出了现行较为先进的维修体制——设备状态检修制度。并结合某电厂的实际情况,成功地进行了发电厂如何开展状态检修工作的研究。为配合设备状态检修更好地实施,提出了一套完整的引风机状态检修(CBM)支持平台的设计方案。该平台在对电厂引风机运行数据分类整理的基础上,充分挖掘数据信息,运用模糊数学的理论对所有参数进行加权综合评判,得出设备的运行状态;依据设备的运行状态信息,运用模糊识别的方法进行故障诊断,从而得出设备运行的风险评判;运行人员参照设备的风险评判,结合人工现场经验判断,给出最优的检修策略。系统沿用当前最流行的基于Web服务器的网络化信息系统实现方式——B/S模式。它通过Web服务器,实现分布式数据库的数据资源共享;通过客户端配置的浏览器,实现通过局域网或远程Internet网的多用户应用服务。论文以沙角C电厂设备引风机为例,通过大量现场数据的分析,阐述了引风机状态检修支持平台的设计原理,软件实现,实施流程,以及引风机的故障诊断和振动超标后的动平衡处理过程。沙角C电厂引风机状态检修系统实际运行情况表明,该平台界面友好,维护方便,模型推理可靠,为火力发电厂实现检修优化提供一种可行性方案。

【Abstract】 With the reform of electricity industry in China, it is necessary to enhance competitive ability of power generation corporation, to improve economic operation of power equipments, and to reduce the cost including enormous maintenance cost with safe and reliability production. The modern computer technology and the development of diagnosis, monitor technology has provided the condition for the equipment management pattern transformation.In foundation of understanding the domestic and foreign research and the development direction, this thesis analyzes many kinds of maintenance in power plants and proposes more advanced maintenance way—condition-based maintenance. And based on the actual situation of Shajiao C power station, the implementation of condition-based maintenance is researched successfully.In order to promote the practice of condition-based maintenance in power plants, an overall design scheme is proposed, and the interface of the above framework possesses the features of simpleness and convenience. The optimum maintenance strategy is given by the way of condition assessment and risk evaluation. The system uses currently most popular realization way which is based on the web server network information system - B/S mode. This mode realizes sharing of distributional database resources through the web server and realizes multiuser application service on local area network or the long-distance Internet net through the browser in client side. This thesis takes the induced fans in Shajiao C power station as an example, through the massive data analysis, proposes the design principle of Condition-based Maintenance Framework of Induced Fans. The software realization and the implementation process are also proposed. In view of the situation of induced fans in Shajiao C power station, diagnosis technology is introduced, major reasons that cause vibration beyond standard are analyzed and process of dynamic balance of large induced fans is exposited.The condition-based framework of induced fans was put into use in Shajiao C Power Station and presented predictable effects. It is a feasible maintenance optimization scheme for Power Stations.
