城镇垃圾转运系统布局优化及其经济技术特性指标研究

【摘要】 城镇垃圾处理系统由垃圾清扫收集、转运和末端处理三个环节组成。作为垃圾源头管理系统与最终无害化处理及资源回收系统之间的重要衔接部分,垃圾转运环节在城镇垃圾处理体系中具有相当重要的作用,因此,研究科学的垃圾转运系统意义重大。对城镇垃圾转运系统进行研究,可以综合运用运筹学、线形规划、经济学理论等一系列相关理论模型。对于我国来说,虽然近年来我国的经济建设取得了巨大的成果,但各方面资金缺口大,尤其是用在城镇垃圾处理方面的资金极为有限,而且由于垃圾处理系统三个环节的发展不平衡,垃圾转运设施的缺乏已成为了制约垃圾处理的瓶颈。所以,如何达到资源的最优化配置,尽可能的提高资金使用效率和转运工作效率是转运系统研究的重点。首先,本文分析了城镇垃圾与大中城市垃圾处理背景的差异,进一步说明了在城镇垃圾处理中转运的重要性,并对垃圾转运系统、转运模式与转运站类型进行了比较详细的论述。其次,将运筹学理论中的选址问题模型引入城镇垃圾转运系统,分析比较了该模型针对的问题与转运系统的共性与差异后,对该模型进行补充与修正,用于确定转运站的数量、规模、选址,并对每个转运站服务的收集点进行最佳划分。为了更好的对研究进行说明,本文选取了中山市大涌镇的转运系统为实例进行研究,对研究结果进行系统论证。最后,本文对城镇垃圾转运系统的经济技术特征进行了研究。除了前一章研究的转运站的数量、规模、选址及所服务的收集点划分外,建设转运站的临界距离、转运系统设计模式、设备配置、转运系统与上下游环节的配套及其与环境的协调等都会对其经济技术特性产生重要影响。
【Abstract】 The Municipal Solid Waste(MSW) disposal system is composed by the sweep and collection system, the transfer system and the terminal disposal system. As the important engagement part between the source management system and the finally detoxification processing and the resources recovery system, trash transportation link has the quite vital role in the MSW disposal system. Therefore, It is important to research scientifical MSW transfer system. Regarding our country, although our country made grate paogress about the economic development in the recent years, but the fund uses in MSW disposal is still extremely limited. Moreover,because the development of the three links of MSN disposal system are not balanced, The lack of the facility of transfer system has become the bottleneck of MSW disposal. Therefore, how to achieve the optimized disposition of the resources, enhance the fund using and the transportation working efficiency as far as possible is the key point of the research on transfer system.Firstly, this article analyzed the difference on the disposal background of cities trash and the big or media-sized cities garbage, further explained the importance of transports in the MSW disposal, and dissertated the tranfer system, the transportation pattern and the type of transfer post in detail.Secondly, this article introduced the location selected question model of the operations research theory into the MSW transfer system. After analysed and compared the general characters and the differences of the transportation system the question which this model aimed at, carried on the supplement and the revision to this model, used to determine the quantity, the scale, the location selecting of transfer post, and divide service pick-up point to each transfer post in the best way. In order to explain the studies betterly, this article selected the transfer system of the Da Yong town in Zhong Shan city as the example to proof the conclusion.Finally, this article researched the economical and technical characteristic of MSW transfer system. Besides the quantity, the scale, the location selecting of the transfer post and the pick-up point division which researched in the preceding chapter, the critical distance of constructs transfer post, the system design pattern, the equipment disposition, the fit of the transfer system to the upstream and downstream link, the coordination with the envireonment ,etc. can greatly influence the economical technical characteristics of the transfer system.
