【摘要】 在欧盟、北美自由贸易区成立以后,中国和东盟也于2002签订了建立自由贸易区的协议,从已经过去的几年里可以看出,该协议的达成对中国东盟的经济都产生了很大的促进作用。本文以中国-东盟自由贸易区建立进程中近几年发展的过程为基础,对其所产生的效应从多个角度进行了分析,使中国和东盟之间的贸易关系更加系统化。建立中国-东盟自由贸易区虽然像其他的自由贸易区一样对成员国的经济产生了很大的作用,但同样也有很多问题,这些问题如果不解决将会成为中国东盟贸易关系发展的障碍。本文针对这些障碍提出了一些建议,以期能对中国-东盟自由贸易区的发展能有所帮助。这些问题有些可以找到解决方法,有些则尚待时日,但是如果中国与东盟双方经济能发展到更深的层次,在自由贸易区的基础上使经济关系更加紧密,让经济利益的相互融合来解决自由贸易区内的其他非经济问题。本文的分析方法上主要采用的是定性分析;通过对建立中国-东盟自由贸易区的经济效应分析,以及一些问题可以看出中国东盟的经济还有很大的发展空间,只要将贸易区内存在的问题处理妥当,中国-东盟自由贸易区在建成后将能发挥更大的潜力。本文虽然研究了中国-东盟自贸区的一些效应,但无法面面俱到,它们之间还有很多效应在发挥着作用,今后可以在其他效应的研究深入,以使中国东盟的经济关系更加明朗。更多还原

【Abstract】 After EU and NAFTA were founded, China and ASEAN also signed an agreement on building up a free trade area. The past several years have seen a great positive impact of the agreement on China-ASEAN’s economies. In order to systematize the China-ASEAN’s trade relation, this essay makes a multi-angular analysis on its effect, based on the process of recent development of the process of establishment of CAFTA. Although as many other FTAs, CAFTA has brought a great influence on economies of its member countries, a lot of problems still exist and may block the development of China-ASEAN’s trade relation unless solved. Concerning this point, a few suggestions are made in this essay, in hopes of providing some helps to a certain extent. Among these problems, some are easily solvable, while some are tough. However, if the economies of both China and ASEAN could develop into a further degree and their economic relation becomes tighter based on FTA, some non-economic problems will be solved by increasingly syncretic economic interests within the FTA. The main method used in this essay is qualitative analysis. Through the analysis on the effect and problems of CAFTA, we can see a huge developing space exists for both China and ASEAN’s economies. As long as the existing problems get properly solved, CAFTA will exert much more potentiality. After all, the effect analysis in this essay is limited. Many other noticeable effects are functioning and expect to be analyzed in the future. By this way, we can get a clearer awareness of China-ASEAN relation.更多还原
