脉冲激光能量分析系统设计与实现

【摘要】 激光的参数对它的应用有着重要的作用,随着激光技术在人们生活中的广泛应用,激光参数的测量也越来越受到人们的重视。在计算机技术和CCD技术高速发展的基础上出现了以CCD为探测器,结合计算机测量激光参数的方法。相对于传统方法,新方法具有测量快速,精确度高等优点,但在测量脉冲激光的能量参数时存在不足。本论文在系统研究激光光斑摄像业务需求的基础上,首先介绍了CCD的基本原理和特性,在此基础上介绍了使用CCD测量激光参数的常见方法,分析了在测量脉冲激光的能量参数时所存在的脉冲激光脉宽太短、无法采集到完整激光光斑的问题,提出采用外触发采集模式的解决方案;同时,从合适硬件设备的选取以及软件系统设计两个方面,给出了脉冲激光能量分析系统的整体设计方案;通过所选取的LV20B数据采集卡附带的SDK开发工具,实现了对图像采集模块的开发,应用Matlab科学计算与数据分析在VC++开发平台上混合编程实现了图像分析模块;根据系统实际的需要,设计了基于RS232的串口通信协议,完成了系统数据通讯模块的开发,通过现场调试和测试表明本协议能够较好地满足脉冲激光能量分析系统的总体要求,取得了较好的效果;最终,应用软件工程的有关理论,设计了友好的人机界面,实现了对包含数据采集、数据通讯、图像分析、报表生成、以及辅助功能在内的五大功能模块的集成,实现了系统的全部功能,所完成的系统能较好地实现脉冲激光的能量采集、分析与报告的生成,为相关的应用系统提供数据支持。在论文最后,对本论文所完成的工作进行了总结,分析了实际运行结果并针对当前仍然存在的问题提出了改进思路和下一步研究方向的展望。

【Abstract】 The laser parameters have an important role in its applications. With the laser technology widely applied in people’s life, the measurement of laser parameters also attracts more attention. Based on the rapid development of computer technology and CCD technology, there is a method to measure laser parameters with the CCD and the computer. Compared with traditional methods, the new method is a rapid measurement and the higher precision, but there are some deficiencies in measuring the energy parameters of pulsed laser.Based on the laser spot shooting business, this thesis introduces the basic principle and features of the CCD firstly and then, also introduces the common methods to measure laser parameters with CCD. Then, there is a question that when measuring pulsed laser parameters, it can not acquire complete laser spot, because the pulse of the pulse laser is too short. So, it proposes a method that it is captured with the trigger model. On the one hand, it selects the appropriate hardware equipment, and on the other hand it designs appropriate software system. According to the actual situation, it uses the SDK to develop the image acquisition program and use the Matlab and VC++ to develop image analysis program in the realization of software systems, and has formulated a communication protocol about the COM based on the RS232.This protocol is easy to understand and scalability and it includes communications in all cases. It can be proved that it adapts to analysis system of the energy of pulsed laser in the practice, and it has had good results. I have completed all the function of the system, and it can achieve analyzing the energy of pulse laser. At last, I have all the paper work done by a summary and actual results, and in light of the problems, I have some ways to improve and the outlook in the next step.
