【摘要】 近年来,我国个人和社会都对高等教育产生旺盛需求且这两种需求与高等教育供给矛盾尖锐。为了满足个人和社会对高等教育的需求并调解这两种需求之间的矛盾,我国政府加快高等教育发展的步伐。虽然我国的高等教育不断发展,仍无法满足人们对普通高等教育的需求。在我国个人对高等教育需求的过程中存在很多的盲目性。因此,有必要对我国的高等教育个人需求结构进行研究,以期找到合理的优化途径引导人们对高等教育进行理性的需求。本文在总结前人研究的基础上给出我国普通高等教育的个人需求结构的定义。即个人对高等教育学历层次和学校层次需求以及个人对高等教育各专业和各类型院校需求的合理比例及组合。随后从阐述我国普通高等教育个人需求结构现状入手,分析我国高等教育个人需求盲目追求高层次,高等教育个人和社会需求与供给矛盾尖锐等问题。运用人力资本理论分析较高的高等教育个人收益率是我国的高等教育个人需求居高不下的经济原因;运用经济人假设理论分析人们有追求个人利益最大化的愿望和倾向;运用劳动力市场理论分析社会和用人单位对人才不合理的评价标准助长了个人对高层次高等教育的盲目需求等。接着围绕高等教育个人需求与社会需求之间的关系以及这两种需求与高等教育供给之间的矛盾展开论述。运用供需均衡理论分析我国高等教育个人、社会需求与供给之间的内部均衡和外部均衡;运用帕雷托最优理论从高等教育资源稀缺的角度对我国普通高等教育个人需求结构优化进行理论分析。并试图找出可行的高等教育个人需求结构优化路径来引导个人的高等教育需求。最后,提出政府有必要宏观调控高等教育规模结构,政府应该为社会、高校、个人架起沟通桥梁并努力消除社会阶层分化产生的根源等政策性建议。更多还原

【Abstract】 Recently,individual and the society had the hearty demand in our country. There is incisive conflict between these two kind of demands and the higher education supplies to the higher education.In order to satisfy individual and the society to the higher education demand and mediates the contradiction between these two kind of demands,our government speeds up the higher education development. Although higher education constantly develops in our country,the development was unable to satisfy the people’s demand to the ordinary higher education.There is prodigious blindness in the process of individual demand to the higher education in our country. Therefore, it is necessary to conduct the research to higher education individual demand structure. the reasonable optimized way is founded to guide the people to carry on the rational demand to the higher education.This article produce the definition of the ordinary higher education individual demand structure. It includes the reasonable proportion and the combination of people’s demand for the arrangement of the educational level and various types of professional institutions.Then the article analyzes the problem what exists in the current situation including to blindly pursue the high level in the process of higher education individual demand and the contradictory among higher education individual and the social demand and the supplies and so on from setting forth individual need structure for common higher education in our country.The economical person which the our country higher education individual demand stays at a high level is higher education individual income rate using the human capital theoretical analysis.People have the desire and the tendency to pursue the personal interest maximization by wielding economic people theory analyzing.Unreasonable evaluation criteria of society and the employer to the talented person furthers blind demand to the high level higher education by wielding the labor market theory analyzing. and so on.Then the article discusses the relations of the higher education individual demand and society demand.Also it discusses the contradictions between the two kinds of demand and higher education supply.It analyses the internal and external equilibrium between the higher education individual and social demand and the supply of the higher education by wielding supply and demand balanced theory.The paper has theoretical analysis to ordinary higher education individual demand structure optimization from the angle of higher education resources scarce by using optimum theory of Paleituo and tries to find out feasible optimization route of steering people’s higher education demand.Finally,the government has the necessity to adjust higher education scale and structure by the macroscopical measure.And the government should put up the communication bridge for the society,the universities and the person and make great efforts to eliminate the root which the stratum differentiation produces.更多还原
