嵌入式铅酸电池容量监测系统人机界面的研究与实现

【摘要】 本论文以研发铅酸蓄电池剩余容量监测系统为应用背景,主要介绍了嵌入式Linux系统中的人机界面的开发,从理论、技术、设计与应用三个层次进行了研究,并将重点放在Qt/Embedded系统之上。论文首先介绍了嵌入式监测系统实现的硬件架构。本系统采用上下位机的结构,上位机采用SAMSUNG公司的S3C2410处理器,嵌入式Linux操作系统。之后介绍了系统所实现的相关技术,从理论上分析了嵌入式图形用户界面系统的设计思想和基本原则。然后对当前国内外流行的几种嵌入图形用户界面系统的体系结构、实现方法以及性能等进行分析和比较,并对目前技术上领先的Qt/Embedded系统进行深入的剖析。嵌入式监测系统的人机界面开发模式也是本论文的内容之一。在此章节介绍了嵌入式系统软件开发中常用的“目标机-宿主机”开发模式和远程调试模式以及Qt/Embedded在宿主机上安装与链接库的交叉编译,虚拟帧缓冲服务器的配置与安装。铅酸蓄电池剩余容量监测系统的图形用户界面的设计首先要确定此系统的功能,再根据所要实现的功能进行开发。本系统从功能上可分为三大模块:电池相关参数的存储与显示,预测剩余容量的算法,实时通信模块。本文详细介绍了各个模块的开发过程和所采用的技术,将工作的核心放在实现电池参数的存储与显示的功能上。详细的阐述了Qt在开发过程中的重要特点的应用。论文的最后,对研发工作做了总结并提出了本系统还有待解决的问题。

【Abstract】 This thesis is based on the inspection system, which is used for forecasting the State of Charge (SOC) of lead-acid battery. This thesis mainly introduces the research and design of Graphical User Interface (GUI) in ARM Linux operating system, discussing the theory, technology and the applications of GUI, and put the focus on the Qt/Embedded system.This thesis firstly introduces the hardware platform of this inspection system. This system takes the top and bottom machine configuration, and the top machine system uses the Samsung S3C2410 ARM as the processor and adopts Linux operating system.Secondly, explains the technology used in this system, and analyses the thought of design and basic principle of GUI in embedded system. Thirdly, this thesis compares some popular kinds of GUI system, especially in performance and realization. Finally, makes the deep research in the advanced technology of Qt/Embedded system.The mode of GUI inspection system is also the significant part of this thesis. The thesis introduces the“Target-Host”developed mode in embedded operating system and the remote debugging, the installing and cross compiling of Qt/Embedded and the configuration and installing of frame buffer server.The function of inspection system for forecasting the SOC of lead-acid battery should be confirmed in the first place, and then make the research and development of this system based on the function. This system is made up of three parts: showing and storaging data, the program for forecasting the SOC and real time communication. This thesis discusses the process of each mode and the used technology, introduces in detail the important role of Qt in the research and development.At the end, this thesis summarizes the accomplishment and prospects the future of this work.
