开关电容变换器的研究

【摘要】 开关电容变换器是一种典型的无感变换器,电路中主要由开关管和电容器来实现电压变换和能量转换,由于电路中不含电感和变压器,可以大大缩小电源体积,减轻重量,并且易于在芯片上集成。随着电子设备的小型化,开关电容DC-DC变换器将具有广阔的应用前景。基于开关电容DC-DC变换器的研究现状,本文首先系统地阐述了开关电容DC-DC变换器的工作原理以及目前的一些最新的发展趋势和研究方向,并从中选择有新意和价值的开关电容谐振变换器作为研究课题。传统的开关电容变换器在电容周期性的充放电过程中会产生很大的电流应力,并且随着输出电流的增加,变换器的效率将急剧下降,因此,传统的开关电容变换器只能使用在输出电流很小的场合。为了解决这一问题,本文针对一种谐振型开关电容变换器拓扑,详细分析了其工作原理和设计方法,实验结果验证了此类变换器的高效性和高功率性。在第5部分中,着眼于2倍压的传统型和谐振型开关电容变换器的寄生参数分析。由于理想模型和实际电路之间存在很大的性能差异,分析中通过加入电路元件寄生电阻,给出了一种修正模型。采用修正模型分析了电路的负载效应和电路参数之间的变化关系。输出电压的精确表达式表明了谐振型开关电容变换器性能明显优于传统型开关电容变换器,同时提供了变换器的一种输出电压调节方式。仿真结果验证了性能分析的正确性。
【Abstract】 Capacitor converter is a kind of typical inductorless converter,it is the switch and capacitor in the circuit that achieve the voltage conversion and energy transfer,for the absence of the magnetic components,the size and weight of the converter will reduce,and easy to integration. With the miniaturization of electronic equipment, switched capacitor DC-DC converter will have broad application prospects.According to the present situation of studying on switched capacitor DC-DC converter,in the paper,firstly systematically explain the principle of switched capacitor DC-DC converters and new trends in recent years in this area,and choose the resonant switched capacitor DC-DC converter as my main objective for its novelty and the bright prospect.During the periodical charging and discharging operation in the capacitors, current stress is usually very high for conventional switched capacitor converter,and its efficiency is much decreased as the output current is increased.As a result,conventional switched capacitor have been limited to be used with a very small output current.To solve this problem,a resonant switched capacitor converter topology is presented in this paper,the theoretical analysis and design method are described in detail,High efficiency and high power are confirmed by experimental results.In part 5,focus on the parasitical parametric analysis of a double-mode conventional and resonant switched capacitor converter.Since there exists great performance differences between ideal model and real circuit,in the work presented a modified model by adding the parasitical resistance of circuit components.The modified model is then employed to study the circuit performance with respect to loading effect and the variation of circuit parametric. Exact expressions of the output voltage shows that resonant switched capacitor converter performance than traditional switched capacitor converter,and provides a means of regulating the converter`s output voltage. Simulation results demonstrate the correctness of performance analysis.
