船舶柴油机机旁电控冷却润滑系统研究

【摘要】 将电子控制技术应用到现代柴油机中,以提高柴油机的性能,是当前的主要发展趋势之一。本文提出基于LabVIEW的虚拟仪器系统为上位机,PLC控制系统为下位机,组成电子控制系统,用来改进船舶柴油机传统机械控制式的冷却润滑系统,研究设计出电子控制的机旁冷却润滑系统试验模块,实现机外冷却水和滑油的参数设定和自动控制。本文主要从以下几个方面阐述了系统的设计方法和设计过程:引入传感器、电控调温阀、电动调节阀、变频电机等测量和控制执行部件代替原有的机械控制部件,完成电子控制化;参考冷却润滑系统主要零部件试验国家标准,在系统中预留试验接口,完成系统功能扩展;采用三维造型工具完成试验装置整体布置,获得形象直观的设计结果。完成控制系统的整体方案设计、PLC下位机主要模块方案设计、基于LabVIEW的上位机部分主要模块设计和模拟测试。设计既具有虚拟仪器方便的人机交互和强大的数据处理能力,也具有PLC控制的稳定性和强的环境适应能力,并兼顾了系统的模块化和扩展能力。讨论了后续的研究中可以完成柴油机各个工况下最佳冷却润滑参数的匹配试验,研究获得控制策略。然后将机旁冷却润滑电动模块,整合到柴油机整机控制模块中,真正实现冷却润滑参数随柴油机工况变化的自动控制调整。

【Abstract】 Nowadays, more and more electronic control technical has been used to improve the synthesis performance of diesel engine. The control structural which is combined of the virtual instrument based on LabVIEW and the PLC control system has been used in the cooling and lubricant system of marine diesel engine to develop an electronic control cooling and lubricant test module. The parameter of cooling water and lubricant of this test module can be set and auto-controlled.This paper has mainly discussed in the following aspects of the design:The sensor, temperature regulating valve, electronic valve, frequency electromotor and so on, are added to the cooling and lubricant system of diesel engine to achieve the auto control of the system; The test interface of the main components of cooling and lubricant system was designed in the system followed by the standard of People’s Republic of China, which makes the system multifunctional; Three dimension design tool has been used to simulate the set of whole system which makes the layout much more intuitionistic.The control project design、the main modules of the PLC and the parts of main modules of the virtual instrument based on LabVIEW have been discussed in this article .The system not only has the convenient human machine interaction and the strong ability of data processing of virtual instrument, but also has the stability and good adaptability of the PLC control system. The modularization and expansibility of the system is also considered in the design.In the future, this module can be attached to the diesel engine to investigate the control tactic of cooling and lubricant system. Then this module can be used as a sub system of the electoral control diesel engine to achieve the auto control of the parameter of cooling water and lubricant under different operating conditions.
