【摘要】 PHS进入中国后,由于其资费低、辐射小等特点使得小灵通迅速普及,但是近年来随着中国移动和中国移联通资费持续降低,小灵通的资费优势在逐渐缩小。在原来的业务基础上推出有竞争力的增值服务来吸引并保持客户已成为电信小灵通进一步发展的当务之急。本文研究了小灵通实现OTA空中下载的终端解决方案。本文设计了PHS网络中的OTA下载体系结构;通过在PHS终端PTK卡中创建文件来保存服务商的接入号,对比所收到短消息的主叫号码是否为服务商的接入号的方法来判断是否是OTA短消息。通过这种方式来解决PHS网络协议不支持SMS-PP Download的问题,从而实现PHS的OTA空中下载;其次,提出智能卡优先处理短消息的方法使得普通PHS终端也可以实现OTA的下载,并采用短消息重新编码方式解决普通终端接收OTA短消息出现的数据丢失问题;然后,将上述两种方式的融合,使得不论小灵通是否支持SMS-PP Download功能均能实现OTA下载业务。最后,介绍了上述方案在湖北省电信有限公司小灵通OTA项目中的OTA下载业务流程和在华为HUAWEIA568及UT斯达康UT117终端上实现OTA空中下载的案例。更多还原

【Abstract】 Since the charge and radicalization of the PHS are much lower than China Mobile and China Unicom, it used widely in China a few years ago. However, the charge of China Mobile and China Unicom is becoming lower and lower recently, the charge advantage of the PHS is becoming smaller and smaller. Therefore, the most important thing for China Telecom is providing competitive value-add service to its users and attacking more new PHS users. This paper researches the solution on how to realize the OTA in PHS.Firstly, the structure of OTA download system is discussed in this paper. And the problem that SMS-PP Download is not supported in PHS is metioned. This paper provides a method to solve this problem: file is created to save the SP number at first, and then, when short message arrives, the PHS terminate gets the number of the message. If the number is the SP number, it means the message is the OTA message. If not, it means the message is not the OTA message. Through this way, the PHS can realize OTA download.Secondly, the OTA solution of common PHS terminates is realized by dealing the OTA message with PTK card preferential. And the method of recoding the OTA message is discussed to fix data losing problem which may happened when the common PHS terminate received the OTA message.Thirdly, the two solutions are integrated which makes the PHS users can enjoy the OTA service whether they have OTA terminate or not.At last, this paper introduces the business process of Hubei telecom OTA download project, and gives the samples that realizing OTA download at HUAWEIA568 and UT 117.更多还原
