基于GPRS的城区配电自动化系统的设计与开发

【摘要】 现代城市的发展,需要配以城市配电自动化系统的不断发展和完善。当前随着无线通信技术、配电自动化技术和计算机网络技术的发展,越来越多的无线通信系统作为数据传输的方式应用于电力行业,特别是基于GPRS技术的配电自动化系统已日益成为配电网发展的热点,并在实际应用中发挥着巨大的作用。本文依据配电自动化系统对通信系统的要求,分析比较了当前实际应用中的几种配电通信方式的优缺点,并结合本项目的实际情况提出了一套基于GPRS技术的城区配电自动化系统解决方案。论文首先论述了配电自动化系统相关概念,对GPRS网络体系结构和数据传输原理作了详细的介绍,并结合GPRS技术特点从传输能力、可靠性及经济性三个方面对其在配电自动化系统的运用的可行性作了简要分析。通过对四种基于GPRS系统组网方式的分析比较,选定了基于GPRS的企业公网连入Internet作为本系统的组网方式。其次,论文详细介绍了本配电自动化系统总体结构设计以及系统主要数据传输和信息流程,根据应用的需要定义了数据通信协议。结合监控中心的实际功能需求,提出了本城网配电网系统监控中心主站系统的总体结构设计思路,在对其各组成部分结构和功能论述的基础上,着重阐述了主站与监控终端通讯软件模块的设计思路。最后根据实现功能的需要确定了监控终端的设计目标,详细地介绍了部分硬件结构的设计,并通过模块化的设计思想完成了监控终端软件系统的设计。

【Abstract】 The development of modern city requires the continuous development and improvement of city distribution automation system. With the development of wireless communication technology, distribution automation technology and computer network technology, more and more wireless communication systems are used as a way of data transmission in power industry. Especially, distribution automation system based on GPRS technique, which is playing a tremendous role in practical application, has become a hot issue in the development of distribution power network.According to the requirements of distribution automation system for communication system and the comparison among several kinds of actual communication techniques adopted by distribution automation system, a new solution of distribution automation system based on GPRS technique is proposed in this thesis.First of all, the interrelated concepts of distribution automation system, network architecture of GPRS and data transmission principle have been discussed. With the introduction of the technical characteristics of GPRS, the feasibility of GPRS technique applied in distribution automation system is analyzed briefly from the aspects of transmission ability, reliability and economical efficiency. By comparison among four ways of network based on GPRS, the one that using enterprise public network to access Internet has been chosen. Secondly, both the whole architecture of this distribution automation system and the data transfer procedure are illustrated in detail. According to the actual needs, the data communication protocol has been put forward, as well as the design ideas of overall structure of the monitoring center. Besides, on the basis of discussing the structure and functions of the component parts of the monitoring center, the software design of the communication between monitoring center and the terminal is detailed. After analyzing the functional requirements and identifying the design objectives of the monitoring terminal, the design of the hardware structure has been introduced partly. In addition, modular design is adopted in the design of software system of the monitoring terminal.
