弱视治疗仪的研制

【摘要】 “弱视”是指由于某种原因,患孩自幼视力很差,但眼睛外表看来与正常人一样,就是无论戴什么眼镜视力总也达不到0.9。我国有3亿多儿童,估计有1000多万儿童患有弱视。弱视的治疗效果与年龄有密切关系,年龄越小,疗效越好,成人后则治疗基本无效了。本文主要介绍了一种新的治疗方法来进行弱视治疗即半导体激光弱视治疗法,这种方法在国内尚未见报道。它这种方法不同于目前传统的弱视治疗方法,比如:遮盖法、视刺激疗法、后像法、压抑法、红色滤胶片疗法、药物治疗及今些年出现的氦氖激光治疗法。在本文中,我主要从硬件与软件两个方面来进行介绍。硬件方面我们把整个系统结构划分为控制单元、电源单元、功能选择单元、定时单元等几个部分。硬件部分我介绍了激光治疗方法、红闪治疗方法、后像治疗方法、多光谱治疗方法在电路上的实现以及所选用的LED技术指标和整个弱视治疗仪的有关技术参数。软件方面,我采用了Keil uVision编译软件与C语言来进行程序设计。在整个程序中根据硬件参数的要求和功能要求,我把整个程序划分为主函数、功能选择函数、中断函数、执行函数等四个模块。最后在Keil uVision平台下运行,程序运行正常,基本上达到了所设定的各项技术参数。最后把所设计的这台弱视治疗仪拿到同济等医院进行临床试验,试验结果表明所研制的这台弱视治疗仪短期内是相对安全有效的,并能简化治疗,缩短治疗周期,适合家庭治疗,可以较快提高患儿视力,具有较好临床应用价值。

【Abstract】 Amblyopia is caused by some reasons so that patients have poor eyesight beginning from childhood, and their eyes looks the same as ordinary people, but their eyesight can’t reach to 0.9 whatever glasses they wear. At present there is more than 300 million Children in China, and it is estimated that the number of children who have poor eyesight at 10 million. The person who more young will be more effectiver in healing amblyopia, adults will have no effectiveness in the treatment. At the same time, the cure also is an enduring process, it needed parents and children both to take part in the activities.In this paper we mainly introduce a new method to cure amblyopia and this method haven’t been reported in China. This method is different from the traditional therapy methods, such as the mask、eye stimulation、laterimage、suppression、red rubber film、drug and the helium_neon laser therapy.In this paper, I will from two fields to introduce my work,one is the hardware,another is the software. The hardware of this instrument composed of controlment uint,power uint,function uint and time uint. In this part,I give out a detailed illustration about the laser,flash,laterimage and multispectrum therapy ways how to realize in the circuit, at last I also give out some technical parameter about the Light-emitting diode(LED) and the therapy instrument.At the software field, I adopted Keil uVision platform and C language to compile programe. According to the technical parameter and functional demand, the software field include main function, selection function, interrupt function and work function etc module. At last,through the debug I found that the programe can work normal by the command.Finally I did a clinical experimental, through the experiments , I can have a conclusion that this amblyopia therapy instrument is safe、reliable、effective and have a better clinical applicable value.
