结晶器振动检测与分析系统软件开发

【摘要】 结晶器是连铸机的关键设备之一,结晶器振动是影响连铸生产质量和产量的重要因素。因此,对结晶器振动状态进行检测与分析有着重要意义和实用价值。本课题以国内某大型钢铁企业“结晶器振动状态检测与分析”为研究对象,在充分调研了国内外结晶器振动检测系统之后,分析了现有检测系统的不足,并结合结晶器振动检测的实际需求,提出了一套具有实时状态检测和故障诊断分析功能的结晶器振动检测与分析系统,并实现了系统的具体设计。该系统分为手持端和PC端两部分,其中手持端由下位机和上位机组成。手持端是基于MSP430和Pocket PC的现场检测设备,PC端是以Windows为操作系统平台的数据管理分析系统。本系统不仅能够对结晶器振动进行现场检测,同时也能够对历史数据进行分析处理,检测和分析的结果对连铸生产进行指导。论文详细介绍了手持端系统和PC端系统的设计。在软件设计中,采用多线程技术、数据库系统和文件系统协同作业的数据管理方案、嵌入多种信号分析方法,调用MATLAB引擎等手段使系统具有强大的功能。手持端系统能够实时显示振动信号的时域图、频域图、特征参数值及轴心轨迹图,并根据要求将数据进行保存;PC端系统能够对历史数据进行管理和分析,实现了数据存取、查询、删除、波形分析和打印等功能。该系统不仅具有嵌入式系统的便携性特点,同时也具有强大的分析计算能力,操作简便、功能可扩展性强等优点。最后为提高系统的实际工作能力,改进和完善系统的设计方案和功能,操作人员对系统软件进行了多次测试实验。多次测试实验证明,本系统在振动信号检测与分析中结果准确,运行稳定,具有广阔的应用前景。
【Abstract】 The mould is one of the key devices of continuous casting machine, and the yield and quality of continuous casting machine mainly depend on the oscillation of mould. Therefore, it is quite significant to design an oscillation detection and analysis system of mould. The subject of this project is "Mould Oscillation Detection and Analysis" in a large domestic steel enterprise. After fully study in domestic and abroad mould oscillation detection systems, analyzing the shortcomings of existing detection systems, and combined with actual demand of mould oscillation detection, a new set of mould oscillation detection and analysis system, which had real-time detection and fault diagnosis functions, was presented. The specific design was finished.The system was divided into two parts: handheld and PC. Handheld part based on the MSP430 and Pocket PC was a field detection equipment, and PC part was a data management and analysis system based on Windows operating system platform. This system could not only detect mould oscillation at the scene, but also analyze the historical data. The results would guide the future continuous casting.The dissertation introduced the design of the handheld part and the PC part in detail. During the software design, the multi-thread technology, a new data management scheme of cooperating data management with database system and file system, multi-signal analysis methods and MATLAB engine, were applied. Based on the actual requirements of mould oscillation detection, the handheld system played the online detecting role, which showed the time domain map, frequency domain map, axis track map and parameters of the vibration signal, and saved the data in accordance with request; while the PC system managed the saved data and analyzed the data. The system had a good human-computer interface, easy-operation, portable and other advantages.To improve practical working ability, design scheme and functions of system, developer made numerous testing experiments. Experiment results proved that, during the vibration signal detecting process, system run stably and supply accurate detecting results. It had a good application prospect.
