自动药房软件系统设计与实现

【摘要】 目前,医院中的处方发药操作一般还是由人工完成,效率低且易错误,阻碍了医院工作效率的提高。自动药房系统弥补了这方面不足,它将处方发药操作交由软件系统控制,自动机件系统完成操作,高效且准确。自动药房系统是建设现代化医院的一个必然发展方向,本文论述了自动药房软件系统的设计与实现。根据自动药房软件系统的基本业务流程,分析系统的基本结构和解决方案。系统主要功能模块包括:自动药房主服务端,负责获取处方,构造并发送指令;发药窗口客户端,负责处方校对和发药确认;药品信息管理客户端,管理药品相关信息;信息显示屏客户端,提示病人依次取药。各部分软件的协作运行,实现系统的自动发药操作。在系统设计过程中,较多地应用了CASE(计算机辅助软件工程)技术。从需求分析文档入手,对概念进行抽象,建立CDM(概念数据模型);根据数据库的实际需求,从CDM生成数据库设计——PDM(物理数据模型);从系统功能结构出发,从CDM生成应用程序类框架——OOM(面向对象模型)。实现了一套具有整体性、较高可控性和可维护性的设计方案。系统实现阶段完成的主要工作包括:根据数据模型创建了数据库,并对其进行了优化;完成了程序编写,主要解决了主服务端多线程的创建与互斥、动态更新数据集、构建准实时系统和系统动态数据处理等程序实现相关问题;使用人工与自动相结合的方法对系统进行了有效的测试。本系统已经进入测试阶段,测试结果表明该系统已经达到了设计要求,能够实现对信息的高效处理,快速准确地完成自动发药操作任务。

【Abstract】 At present, manual distribution of drugs in many hospitals, inefficient and low accuracy. This situation has hindered the hospitals efficiency. Automatic pharmacy system compensates for this deficiency, software system control distribution of drugs and auto-mechanical system finish the operation efficiently and accurately. This article discusses the design and implementation of automatic pharmacy software system.According to the business processes of the automatic pharmacy software system, this article analyze the structure and the solution of the system. The system function modules includes: main server portion, it response for getting the prescription, construct and send instructions ;the client portion of distribution drugs,it provide the functions of checking prescription and affirming distribution drugs ;the client portion of managing information of drugs, it manages the information related to the drugs; the client portion of displaying information ,it prompts patients to get drugs in order. All parts of the system cooperate with each other to complete the distribution of drugs automatically.A large number of Computer Aided Software Engineering (CASE) technologies are applied during designing stage of system. The article create the CDM (Concept Data Model) according to software requirements specification ,and generate the PDM (Physics Data Model) with CDM according to requirements of database,concurrently generate the OOM (Object Data Model) with CDM according to structure of the system. These papers realize a set of design project, which is entirety, controlling and defending.During implementation of System, the major task included: Building a database with PDM and optimizing the database; finishing program code, mainly solving the creation and mutual exclusion of multi-thread ,renewing data dynamic, constructing and real-time system and some problems related to implementation of dynamic processing data programming; the article have carried out the testing with manual and automatic.This system has already entered the testing stage. The testing results indicated that this system had already achieved the design request, it can process the information efficiently, and complete the tasks efficiently and accurately.
