艾灸对DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起功能及AGEs水平影响的研究

【摘要】 目的:研究艾灸对糖尿病(DM)性阴茎勃起功能障碍(ED)大鼠阴茎勃起功能及其晚期糖基化终产物(AGEs)水平的影响。方法:将具有正常性功能的雄性SD大鼠120只,其中110只以链脲佐菌素(STZ)诱导建立DM模型;DM动物模型成功者,再进行阿朴吗啡(APO)阴茎勃起实验,筛选DM性ED模型。DM性ED模型成功者随机分为模型组、艾灸治疗组;其余10只未造模大鼠为正常组。治疗组采用肾俞、三阴交麦粒灸治疗,以阿朴吗啡检测治疗前后各组大鼠阴茎勃起变化。采用血糖仪检测大鼠血糖变化,采用酶联免疫吸附(ELISA)试验对大鼠海绵体组织及血清中AGEs的水平进行检测。结果:1.治疗后,治疗组大鼠血糖水平有所降低,与模型组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。2.糖尿病各组阴茎组织及血清AGEs水平均较正常组明显升高(P<0.01);治疗组大鼠阴茎组织及血清AGEs水平低于模型组,两者比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论:艾灸可以改善DM性ED大鼠血糖,改善阴茎组织及血清中AGEs水平,从而改善DM性ED大鼠阴茎勃起功能。

【Abstract】 Objective: To study the effect of moxibustion in erectile function and Advanced glycosylation end products of Erectile function in Diabetic rats.Method: 110 Male Sprague-Dawley rats with normal Erectile function were injected with streptozotozin (STZ) to make experimental models of diabetes mellitus(DM). then injected with apomorphine in all of the DM rats to select erectile dysfunction rats models with diabetes. The normal 10 rats is the Normal group, the ED rats were devided into Model group and Moxibustion group in random.The Moxibustion group received Moxibustion on acupoint Shenshu and San Yin Jiao. Examine the change of Erectile of the three groups after the treatment. Detect the change of blood sugar using blood -sugar detection. ELISA was used to study the effect of Moxibustion on the AGEs in the penis and serum levels of rats.Results: 1.Comparing with model group, the blood sugar level of moxibustion group is low to some extent. The difference has statistical significance (P<0.01) . 2.Comparing with Normal group, the level of AGEs in the penis and serum of Diabetes Mellitus group is obviously high (P<0.01) . Comparing with model group, the AGEs level in the penis and serum of moxibustion group is low. The difference has statistical significance (P<0.01) .Conclusion: The results show that moxibustion decreases the level of blood sugar, and the level of AGEs in the penis and serum. Moxibustion has some effects in promoting the Erectile function of Diabetic rats.
