非接触在线式红外测温技术在中药炒制中的应用研究

【摘要】 本课题应用非接触在线式红外测温研究中药炒制与“火力”“火候”的有关问题。本文分为以下几个方面进行论述:1.火力的本草考略炮炙与炼丹术关系密切,其中火力控制方法多数由丹经借鉴,往往因师承授受之不同,不同作者、不同著作,同一术语概念内涵并不完全相同,尚难绝对整齐划一也。此外,古人通过控制燃料的种类与用量、或者通过药物、辅料的物理化学变化对“火力”进行控制。2.在线式红外测温技术介绍介绍非接触在线式红外测温技术以及在中药炮制中需要注意的问题。3.与“火力火候”相关炮制术语的规范化研究研究炒法与“火力火候”有关的中药炮制传统术语,量化了“热锅”、“麦麸冒烟”、“米冒烟”、“蛤粉呈滑利状”、“土呈灵活状”、“砂呈滑利状”、“热锅”的温度范围,而以锅温为评价指标的“文火”、“中火”、“武火”数据较为混乱,没有明显的界限与区分。4.在线式红外测温技术对山楂炒焦的研究以焦山楂为例,采用非接触在线式红外测温技术研究炒制药物的“火力”,以色彩色差计量化焦山楂颜色这一“火候”评价指标,确定了以药物升温速度作为评价“火力”的指标,提出了今后如何研究“火力”的思路。5.在线式红外测温在中药炮制其他方面的应用(1)炒药机比较不同厂家、不同热源9个炒药机的开机最初300秒的升温曲线,结果反映炒药机的加热性能差异很大,炒药机缺乏统一的标准。(2)炒制的规范性在线红外测温技术可以监控炒制过程药物和滚筒各时间的温度变化,尤其是麸炒“麦麸冒烟”、炒炭的“加水灭火星”等有明显温度变化的特征性操作。同时,也能发现炒制的锅温高低及锅温变化,可以区分机器炒制或手工炒制。
