【摘要】 煤矿建设项目投资额大,建设周期长,参与单位多,所以管理难度相当大,当前大多数仍然停滞于传统的手工、简单的Excel表格、或者依靠会计财务系统。项目投资控制管理面临着一些挑战,在管理手段上,存在诸多难题。本文提出了以业主为中心,以概预算为基础,以合同为核心,基于投资控制的基本原理,实现了以概预算为控制基准,以资金计划、资金到位、投资计划、实际完成投资、工程量计量、财务应付、财务实付等投资相关数据为投资控制的主线,以计划投资管理为中心、工程管理部门为主体、财务管理部门为支撑、项目参建单位为数据源头的协同管理模式。提供了全景式的投资分析:基于实时的合同信息、计量信息和财务支付信息,系统实时提供直观、明了、全景式的项目总投资分析图,反映投资状态的投资控制指标,年度投资分析图、月度投资分析图和项目投资曲线图,真正起到投资辅助决策的效能。分工明确的权限管理,采用角色权限机制,由系统管理员统一进行用户名、密码的设置,并根据用户的角色赋予相应的权限,有效地保证了系统数据可以按分配的权限进行查看和使用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Mine project is a investment big, build periods long, join department much, and so manage it very hard, At present, a lot of project all the same take tradition method and sample excel table ,or depend on accountant finance system to manage. Project investment control face to some charge , It has a lot of problem on manage instrument.The subject advance direct on owner to center, base on budget, and contract as core , base on investment principle, realize budget control benchmark , The main investment control line are fund plan、fund achieve、investment plan、fact complete investments, project scalar、finance should pays and finance fact pays investment data. The center is plan investment, the main body is project manage department, the support is finance department, project build department is data source which consist a coordinate manage mode. Supporting total investment analysis: the contract information、measure information and finance pays information base on real time, and have intuitionist、clear and total investment analysis chart. Responding investment status , Investment analysis of years or months and project investment line chart. The purpose is to making decision. It take a method base on role to controlling system right manage, the administrator distribute users accounts and password, and distributes the role a right base on users, The method take a positive effect to protect system order to querying and using.更多还原
