软煤、厚硬顶板、极近距离煤层合理开采关键技术研究

【摘要】 本文以涡北煤矿8102工作面的地质条件和生产技术条件为基础,综合运用理论分析、数值模拟和现场实测等方法,对软煤、厚硬顶板、极近距离煤层合理开采关键技术进行了系统研究。通过建立经济效益比较的数学模型,并利用综合评价的方法分析了软煤、厚硬顶板厚煤层开采方法;基于弹性力学理论推导出厚硬顶板分层运动的力学判断准则;综合运用理论分析、现场实测和UDEC3.1数值模拟等方法分析了软煤、厚硬顶板上覆岩层结构形式和运动特征、支承压力分布规律及直接顶形成的结构形式;从夹矸层分类入手,在分析含夹矸厚煤层综放开采顶煤的强度和变形特征的基础上建立夹矸层力学分析模型,分析了夹矸层对煤层可放性的影响;最后,深入分析现场实测数据,验证结论。本文研究成果对具体地质条件下的合理开采方法选择提供有益借鉴,并对煤矿安全经济开采,提高资源回收率,大幅度提高煤矿技术经济效益,具有重要现实意义和推广价值。
【Abstract】 Based on the geological and mining technical conditions of No. 8102 face in the Guobei Coal Mine, key technologies of reasonable mining under the condition of soft coal, thick-hard roof and contiguous seams have been studied by the integrated means of theory analysis,numerical simulation and field measurement.Firstly, mining methods suiting with soft coal, thick-hard roof have been comprehensively synthetically analyzed and evaluated after making mathematical model for economic profit analysis . Secondly, mechanical judgement criterion of layered movement of thick-hard roof has been deduced in terms of elasticity theory .Thirdly, structures and movements of overlying strata , distribution of abutment pressure and the structure of immediate roof in the working face with sotf coal and thick-hard roof have been studied by jointly employing theory analysis, UDEC numerical simulation and field measurement. Fourthly, start with the research on classification of partings ,mechanics model of partings has been established based on analysis of strength and deformation of top coal ,and influence of partings on top coal cavability has been analyzed. Finally, field measurements have validated the conclusions. The results of the reseach will offer instructive reference for choosing reasonable mining methods according to different geological conditions,improve coal resource recovery rate,increase economic profits.
