【摘要】 当今世界的竞争是以科学技术为基础的综合国力的竞争,一个国家的科学技术水平决定了一个国家的政治经济实力,而高新技术作为科学技术水平的最佳代表和重要组成部分,高新技术及其产业也就决定了一个国家的科学技术水平。谁拥有高新技术优势,谁就能在国际竞争中赢得主动。为此,发展高新技术及其产业已经成为各个国家和地区的意志。论文遵循从理论到应用的整体思路,共分为六个部分,第一部分介绍选题的意义、背景及研究思路和方法,第二部分阐述了技术进步与经济增长之间的关系,并说明了高新技术对经济增长作用的机理,第三部分对山西省高新技术产业的发展现状、存在的问题和面临的发展环境进行了深入地分析和总结,第四部分以菲德模型为基础,研究了高新技术产业对经济增长作用的理论模型,第五部分利用第四部分推导所得的计量模型,结合山西省高新技术产业发展情况,对高新技术产业对经济增长的贡献进行了实证分析,并验证了该模型的合理性,第六部分根据发展对经济增长有重大带动作用的高新技术产业的选取指标、方法、原则,得出了山西省应该优先发展的高新技术产业,并提出了一些发展的基本措施。论文采用了理论研究和实证分析相结合的方法,在对山西省高新技术产业发展的研究过程中,不但进行理论分析,还深入分析了发展高新技术产业的经济意义和社会意义,而且利用大量数据和实例进行科学的实证研究;同时也采用了定量分析和定性分析相结合的方法,综合运用统计学、计量经济学等定量经济分析方法,并结合经济学中的经济增长理论,对山西省高新技术产业对其经济增长的贡献度进行研究;规范研究与实证研究相结合,在论文的写作过程中,在对国外的高新技术产业发展进行了参考分析的同时,对我国和山西省高新技术产业发展也进行了研究,并通过实证分析,比较国内外发展高新技术产业发展状况来研究山西省高新技术产业发展中存在的问题;并且提出对山西省高新技术产业发展的改进措施。通过论文的研究最终得出山西省的高新技术产业经历多年的发展,取得了一定的成绩,积累了不少发展高新技术产业的经验,当然在发展的过程中还存在着很多的不足之处,在全国来说由于历史的原因,高新技术的发展还是比较落后的,从山西省高新技术产业对经济增长的贡献中就可以看出山西省的高新技术产业发展对经济增长的贡献不是很高,山西省经济的增长方式主要还是粗放型的增长,产业结构仍然以资金密集型产业为主,但同时也说明了山西省的高新技术产业还有很大的发展空间和潜力,只要大力发展对经济增长有重大带动作用的高新技术产业就能实现经济增长的跨越式发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 Today the competition among countries in the world is the competition of total national power, which is based on scientific technology. The level of a country’s scientific technology decides a country’s the political and economical situation. The high-tech is the best representative of scientific technology and it is the important component of scientific technology. So the high-tech and the high-tech industry determine the level of a country’s scientific technology. The one owning the advantage of the high-tech, who can get the priority in the international competition. So the developing of the high-tech has been every country’s idea.This article follows from theory to the overall application of ideas, and it was divided into six parts, the first part introduced the significance of topics, background and research ideas and methods, on the second part, it introduced the relationship of technological progress and economic growth, and the High-tech on the role of the mechanism of economic growth, on the third part, it introduction the status and problems of high-tech industries, and facing the development environment for the conduct of an in-depth analysis and concluded, that the fourth part to Feder model based on The high-tech industries for economic growth role of the theoretical model, on the fifth part, combining high-tech industry development in Shanxi Province, measurement the high-tech industries contribute to economic growth, and the model is reasonable; in the sixth part, it introduced the development in accordance of the economic growth of major leading role of the high-tech industries in selected indicators, methods, in principle, that should give priority to the development of Shanxi Province, the high-tech industries, and proposed the development of the basic measures.In this paper, using the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the method of combining, in the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province course of the study, not only of theoretical analysis, in-depth analysis of the development of high-tech industries and the economic significance of social significance, but also make use of Examples of scientific data and empirical research, also takes advantage of the quantitative and qualitative analysis of the method of combining the integrated use of statistical methods such as quantitative economic analysis, the combination of economics and the economic growth theory, the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province its contribution to the growth of the economy of the study; also in the Research of integration in the process of writing papers, in the overseas development of the high-tech industry analysis at the same time, China’s Shanxi province and the development of high-tech industries were studied, and through empirical analysis and comparison of the development of high-tech industries at home and abroad to study the development of high-tech industry in Shanxi Province in the Development of the problem of Shanxi and made the development of the high-tech industry.By the end of this paper is on the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province that experience of so many years of development, and accumulated a lot of experience in the development of high-tech industries, and due to historical reasons, there is still a very shortfall , the development of high and new technology is still relatively backward, from the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province contribution to the growth of the economy can be seen in the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province contribution to the growth of the economy is not high, the economic development of Shanxi mainly rely on the traditional way, while also indicates that the high-tech industry in Shanxi Province that there is still great room for development and potential.更多还原
