【摘要】 人力资源开发对一般企业的发展就很重要,对知识型企业尤其重要。知识型企业作为一种在知识经济时代出现的新型组织形式,学术界对其研究方兴未艾。但由于目前对知识型企业人力资源管理的研究和实践还处于争鸣阶段,所以研究和探索知识型企业的人力资源开发创新,无论理论上还是现实上都具有积极意义,这一研究引起社会各界的广泛关注。在知识经济时代,如何建立适应时代要求的人力资源开发体系,成为目前广泛关注和深入讨论的问题。鉴于此,本研究第一部分,阐述了人力资源开发的涵义及特点,以及知识经济时代人力资源开发的重要性和紧迫性;第二部分,是本研究的理论基础部分;第三部分,分析我国人力资源开发的情况,在对比中更深刻地把握中国人力资源开发;第四部分,在以上分析的基础上,根据知识经济时代人力资源开发的发展趋势,提出解决我国知识型企业人力资源开发的战略对策建议。本研究的创新之处在于本研究在研究人力资源开发的问题时,从企业知识与个人知识互动的角度出发,以个人学习推动团队学习进而形成组织学习为目标,探讨知识型企业人力资源开发的机理。更多还原

【Abstract】 The knowledge economy is based upon processing, distributing and executing knowledge and information. It is a new and dynamic economy driven by the knowledge related industries and it is different from the agricultural and industrial economies. At the age of the knowledge economy, the science and technology progress plays a critical role in the development of the national economy. To advance technology needs to develop human resource which ,being a special kind of economical resources of our nation, has its properties of not only quality, quantity, time and space but also physical nature. This age of knowledge economy calls for the special quality, structure and training of human resource. For nearly 50 years since the start of People’s Republic of China, progress has been made in human resource development, but there are still a lot of problems, which might cause a series of crises that could seriously trouble or even jeopardize our social and economical development. In this passage, by analyzing the basic elements of the demand for human resource of this age, presents the situation of our national human resource, which is legged behind the requirement of the economical development and the difference in between, and make some suggestions as how to improve our human resource development at the background of the other countries’ and region’s experiences in human resource development.In part 1, the essay covers the significance and features of manpower resources development, expounding manpower resources development in importance and urgency of age of intellectual economy;In partⅡ, this part is the basic theories in this essay;In partⅢCompares and analyzes the successful practice of manpower resources development in capitalist countries like the U.S.A and German, analyzes the development situation of manpower resources in China as a result, grasps more thoroughly by comparing the situation of manpower resources development in China; In partⅣ, this part gives us some suggestions about the exploitation of human resources development.更多还原
