以色列番茄引种适应性及果实耐贮性的研究

【摘要】 以色列番茄F-044、F-409系优质番茄杂交种,在以色列地区产量和品质表现良好,其中果实耐贮性突出。因此本试验从产量和品质两个方面研究以色列番茄F-044、F-409在合肥地区的适应性。在此基础上分析番茄产量和品质性状间的相关关系,并从生理生化角度比较研究F-044、F-409和强丰及皖红3号耐贮性差异的成因。同时研究了番茄果实成熟过程中及采后贮藏期内主要营养品质的动态变化。通过本研究旨在为这两个品种在合肥地区栽培提供理论指导,为番茄耐贮运育种提供参考意见,同时可以为确定番茄合适的采收期及贮藏期提供理论依据。主要结果如下:1.以色列番茄F-044、F-409在合肥地区适应性较好。苗期及成株期主要农艺性状均显著优于本地品种强丰和皖红3号;F-044的产量最高,F-409次之,皖红3号最低;F-044、F-409可溶性糖和可溶性固形物含量低于强丰和皖红3号,而有机酸、番茄红素、Vc以及糖酸比均优于强丰和皖红3号。2.F-044和F-409果实成熟过程中,除有机酸和Vc含量在红熟期达到峰值外,其余性状均在后熟期达到峰值。强丰和皖红3号除糖酸比和可溶性固形物含量在后熟期达到峰值,其余性状均在红熟期达到峰值,其中有机酸含量在转色期就已达到峰值。综合分析可知,F-044和F-409适合在后熟期采收,而强丰和皖红3号则适合在红熟期采收。3.果实采后贮藏期内,F-044的耐贮性最好,F-409次之,皖红3号耐贮性最差。相关及通径分析表明果实耐贮性主要由果实中原果胶及纤维素含量决定。同时在果实软化过程中果胶和纤维素的降解主要由多聚半乳糖醛酸酶和纤维素酶催化完成。F-044和F-409的果实在贮藏15d时,果实可溶性糖、Vc、番茄红素和糖酸比等主要品质性状仍保持较高水平,此时F-044和F-409的商品果率较高,分别为80%和73.3%;而强丰和皖红3号在贮藏10d时,Vc、有机酸等已开始迅速下降,此时强丰和皖红3号的商品果率分别为73.3%和70%,因此,F-044和F-409合适的贮藏期为15d,而强丰和皖红3号合适的贮藏期为10d。

【Abstract】 F-044、F-409 are tomato hybrids with high quality introduced from Israel,Their yield and quality behaves well in Israel,among the quality characters,the storability of their fruits is prominent.So in this study,their adaptability in Hefei area was initially researched from yield and quality.On this base,the study analysed the correlation between yield and quality,and researched the difference of fruit storability from physiological and biochemical aspects.Then the study researched the change of main nutritional quality during fruit ripening and storage.This study can provide theoretical guidance for this two Israel tomato hybrids planting in Hefei area.,and for their suitable harvest time and storage period.The main results were as follow:1.The adaptability of F-044 and F-409 behaves well in Hefei area.Their agronomic traits were obviously surpass the local cultivars;the yield of F-044 was highest,F-409 took the second place,while WanhongNO.3 was the lowest.The content of soluble sugar and soluble solid in F-044 and F-409 were lower than Qiangfeng and WanhongNO.3.but the content of organic acid、lycopene、Vc and the ratio of sugar to acid were higher than Qiangfeng and WanhongNO.3.2.During fruit ripening,The content of organic acid and Vc in F-044 and F-409 reached the peak at Hongshu stage,other characters reached the peak at Houshu stage. The ratio of sugar to acid and the content of soluble solid in Qiangfeng and WanhongNO.3 reached the peak at Houshu stage,while other characters reached the peak at Hongshu stage,their organic acid reached the peak even at Zhuanse stage.According to analysis of the results:F-044 and F-409 were suitable to harvest at Houshu stage, while Qiangfeng and WanhongNO.3 suitable to harvest at Hongshu stage.3.During fruit storage,the storability of F-044 was highest,F-409 took the second place,while WanhongNO.3 was the lowest.Correlation and path analysis indicated that the storability of fruit was decided by the content of protopectin and cellulose.While the protopectin and cellulose were mainly degraded by PG and cellulose during fruit softening.In the 15th day after storing,the content of soluble sugar、Vc、lycopene and the WanhongNO.3 have dropped rapidly,and their commercial fruit rate were 73.3%and 70%,respectively.So the appropriate storage period for F-044 and F-409 were 15days; while for Qiangfeng and WanhongNO.3 were 10days.
