【摘要】 创新是一个民族进步的灵魂,是国家兴旺发达的不竭动力。建设创新型国家,关键是拥有一支强大的创新型人才队伍。本文以人才资源理论为基础,从创新型人才队伍建设模式的角度,通过列举国际知名企业的成功经验,结合浙江人才工作实际情况,分析其中的成功与不足,研究地方政府在创新型人才队伍建设方面的思路和方法,探讨如何创建创新型人才队伍建设的成功模式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Innovation is the soul of a nation’s progress and is an inexhaustible power for the prosperity of the country. The key of building an innovation-oriented country is to possess a strong contingent of creative talents. Frow the view of the model in creative talents team building, on the base of the theories of human resources, this paper research in the ideas and methods of local government about building a team of creative talents and discuss how to create a success model in creative talents team building through listing examples of internationally renowned enterprises’s successful experiences with the real situation of Zhejiang talents and the analysis of success and shortcomings.更多还原
