企业家工作性质的国际比较研究及启示

【摘要】 本文对企业家工作性质及其国际比较的国内外研究现状进行了系统性的梳理,并按科学的体系框架逻辑性地呈现了目前理论界的主要研究成果。在清晰的研究脉络基础之上,通过文献分析、总结和逻辑推理,首次独创性地提出了企业家工作性质国际比较模型,在模型中提出从企业家工作的知识性、权力性、时间安排灵活性、创新性、企业家网络的复杂性和信息来源多样性等六个方面的性质来比较中国、美国和日本企业家的工作。在分析各国影响企业家工作性质因素差异的基础上,通过建立各个工作性质的模型,得出了中国、美国和日本企业家工作性质的差异。在对每一个具体工作性质进行国际比较之后,可以得到相应的美国企业家和日本企业家工作性质的特点,在深入研究美国企业家和日本企业家工作性质优点的情况之下,结合中国特殊国情,得到了适合中国企业家借鉴和学习的启示。更多还原

【Abstract】 In this article, domestic and foreign researches on the nature of entrepreneurial work and its international comparison are tidied up systematically, and current main research results of theory circle are presented logically, according to a scientific framework. On the basis of a clear research stream, by literature analyzing, reviewing and logical reasoning, the international comparison model of the nature of entrepreneurial work is put forward originally for the first time. In this model, I put forward six aspects, which are natures of knowledge, power, and flexible arrangement of working time, innovation, personal relationship network and resource of information, to compare the work nature of Chinese, American and Japanese entrepreneurs. Based on the analysis of influence factors of entrepreneurial nature in different countries and the foundation of the models of every entrepreneurial nature, the differences of entrepreneurial nature of Chinese, American and Japanese entrepreneurs educed. After international comparison for every entrepreneurial nature, the characteristics of nature of American and Japanese entrepreneurial work can be educed. Based on deep analysis of advantages of the nature of American and Japanese entrepreneurial work, and combined with the situation of China and Chinese entrepreneur, implications can be gained for Chinese entrepreneur.更多还原
