【摘要】 面对环境的急剧恶化,有识之士提出了可持续发展的理念,而绿色设计是可持续发展的一种先进的方法,经过几十年的蓬勃发展,已成为当今社会的一个热点话题,并得到了人们的接受与认可。厨房电器作为家用电器的很大的一个分支,市场占有量广、更新速度快,因此,它的绿色设计具有很强的现实意义。值得注意的是,目前厨房电器的设计往往拘泥于造型以及多功能,近年来随着能源问题的突出,才开始慢慢注意其与环境的亲和性,但是,总的来说注重的还不够。厨房电器在我国是属于舶来品,基本设计元素都是沿袭国外的,有的只是做了简单的修整,但是中国城市的厨房有着特殊的环境特性,这就造就了中国厨房电器的绿色设计还不能完全借鉴外国的,而必须立足于国情,做出具有中国特色的产品来。本文通过对我国城市厨房环境现状的考察和对绿色设计手法的研究,在其基础上探讨中国的厨房电器的设计方向,也就是用绿色设计的方法来指导中国厨房环境中的电器产品设计。收集并整理世界上最新的绿色产品、厨房电器中绿色设计做的比较好的例子,使之充实自己的设计理念;从绿色设计的四个方面能源、材料、结构、回收,着重分析适用于中国厨房电器的内容,探讨怎样才能做出真正的完全的绿色产品。更多还原

【Abstract】 Faced with the rapid deterioration of the environment, Insight put forward the concept of sustainable development, thus, green design is an advanced method of sustainable development . After decades of vigorous development, it has become a hot topic of Today’s society and got people’s recognition and acceptance.As a great branch of the household appliances, kitchen electrical appliances share wide market, update fast, therefore, its green design has a strong practical significance. But the present kitchen appliances often adhere to the outlook design and multi-functional modeling. In recent years, with the prominent energy issues, people slowly pay attention to its compatibility with the environment, however, the whole focus is not enough.Kitchen appliances in China are from foreign countries, its basic design elements are followed abroad, and some just do a simple adjustment. But China’s kitchens have special environmental characteristics, this has created the China Green Design in kitchen appliances also can not completely learn from foreign countries, and must be based on specific conditions, make out the products with Chinese characteristics.In this paper, based on the current inspected situation of China’s environment of the kitchen and green design practices and research, explore Chinese direction for the design of the kitchen appliances, which is use the method of green design to guide the electrical product design in Chinese kitchen environment. Collect and collate the world’s latest green products、the excellent examples of green kitchen applicants, and make it replenish its own design concept; From the four areas of Green design :energy、materials、structures、recovery, make emphasis on the things apply to Chinese kitchen appliances, explore how to make real and absolute green products.更多还原
