石膏模型消毒后物理性能及消毒效果的比较研究

【摘要】 目的研究不同消毒方法对石膏模型物理性能的影响及消毒后的消毒效果。方法采用四种不同的消毒方法:紫外线照射、微波加热、碘伏喷雾和“84”消毒液调拌法。①制作一个50 mm×10 mm×5 mm的自凝树脂长方体模具,翻制普通硬质石膏和超硬质石膏模型各25个,选择一组作为对照组,其余各组分别用上述4种消毒方法消毒,然后测定各组的抗弯强度及表面粗糙度。②制作一个三单位固定桥金属模具,翻制普通硬质石膏和超硬质石膏模型各25个,4种方法消毒后测定其尺寸变化。③灌制两种石膏模型各25个,分别用大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌的标准菌株对其进行污染,消毒后测定抑菌率。结果①紫外线照射及“84”消毒液调拌法对两种石膏模型消毒后,模型消毒前后的抗弯强度及精度值均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。②微波消毒后,两种石膏模型的抗弯强度与对照组有极显著性差异(P<0.01),尺寸精度与对照组也有显著性差异(P<0.05)。③2.5%的碘伏喷雾后,两种石膏模型的抗弯强度值有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。④两种石膏模型的表面粗糙度在消毒前后均无显著性差异(P>0.05)。⑤四种消毒方法对两种石膏模型消毒后,抑菌率均为100%.结论①紫外线照射及“84”消毒液调拌法对模型的抗弯强度、尺寸精度及表面粗糙度均无明显影响,抑菌率均为100%,符合临床工作的要求,是理想的模型消毒方法。②微波加热及碘伏喷雾法抑菌率均为100%,但对模型的强度及精度均有明显影响,不适合模型的消毒。

【Abstract】 Objective To study the influence of different disinfection methods on the physical properties of gypsum casts and the dinsinfetion effect.Methods Using 4 methods of disinfection:UV exposure,Povidone Iodine spraying、microwave heating、mixing the "84" disinfectant with the gypsum powder.①Make same dimension(50 mm×10 mm×5 mm) gypsum casts,which were disinfected by 4 methods of disinfection.After disinfected,the bending resistance and surface roughness was tested.②Made a metal model which imitating the rigid fixed bridge, testing the dimensional accuracy of the metal model’s casts after disinfecting.③Using the type culture strain of Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus to contaminate the gypsum casts,then testing the rate of bacteriostasis after disinfecting.Results①After disinfected by UV exposure and mixed the 84 disinfectant with the gypsum powder,the gypsum casts showed no significant difference on the bending resistance、dimensional accuracy and surface roughness.(P>0.05).②Compared with the control casts,both types of the casts disinfected by microwave showed a significant difference in the bending resistance test(P<0.01),and the dimensional accuracy test(P<0.05).③2.5%Povidone Iodine spraying disinfection adversely affected the bending resistance(P<0.01).④All of the 4 methods did not adversely affect the surface roughness of the gypsum casts(P>0.05).⑤After disinfecting,the rate of bacteriostasis was 100%.Conclusion①After disinfected by UV exposure and mixed the "84" disinfectant with the gypsum powder,the gypsum casts showed no significant difference on the bending resistance、dimensional accuracy and surface roughness, and the rate of bacteriostasis was 100%,so both of the two methods are consistent with the clinical requirement.②After disinfected by microwave heating and Povidone Iodine spraying,the rate of bacteriostasis was 100%,but the casts showed a significant difference in the bending resistance test and the dimensional accuracy test, so both of the two methods are not fitted for gypsum casts′s dinsinfection.
