【摘要】 民营科技园作为民营科技企业的集合,是知识、技术、人才高度集中,以研发、教育、生产、经营一体化为特点,以高新技术产业为主体,通过网络效应形成的新型社区。广东省的民营科技园自从创办以来,出现了不少问题,如:高层次的管理和技术人才的匮乏,基础设施和规划布局不合理,研发能力不足等。即广东省的民营科技园还缺乏自主创新能力,还没有形成真正意义上的区域创新网络。本文运用理论分析与实证研究相结合的方法,提出将构建民营科技园的区域创新网络作为提升民营科技园创新能力的着眼点,探讨区域创新网络的形成、结构和作用机制。本文共分六段,主要内容如下:第一章,绪论。本章主要围绕写作的背景、理论价值和现实意义进行了详细的说明,指出了本研究探讨与解决的主要问题、研究方法与创新之处。第二章,文献综述。本章对产业集群理论、技术创新理论和区域创新网络理论等进行了理论综述。第三章,民营科技园区域创新网络的系统分析。本章分析民营科技园区域创新网络的的结构,各个网络结点与创新的关系以及相互之间的作用。在此基础上研究区域创新网络的内在创新机制,并构建以学习机制、合作机制、网络合作机制三大机制为主体的LCC区域创新机制模型。第四章,中山民营科技园区域创新网络及其发展分析。本章在实地调查的基础上,以中山民营科技园为例,通过对创新过程中各行为主体的研究,来探讨中山民科园区域创新网络的形成与发展过程,并对民科园的创新环境进行评估。第五章,民营科技园区域创新网络建设的对策建议。第六章,总结与展望。更多还原

【Abstract】 Non-Governmental High-tech Park is a kind of new community which attacts lots of talents with convergence of knowledge and technology. The main characteristic is the integration of research, training, production and operation based on the intellectual pool and high-tech industry. Since the founding of Non-Governmental High-tech Parks of Guangdong province,there have been many problems.for exzample, the lack of accumulation effects or high-quality talents, the deficiency of research capability and the incommodiousness of transformation and cooperation.That is to say, Non-Governmental High-tech Parks are lack of research capability.There are no real regional innovation network in those High-tech Parks.The paper combines theoretical analyses with empirical studies to discuss the evolvement and mechanism of RIN model. The paper divides into five chapters as follows.The first chapter is exordium. It mainly introduces the background, purpose, meaning, methods and innovation point of this paper.The second chapter is the author looks back the relevant research inside and outside China and makes a brief comment on the research as well.The third chaper is the research on Regional Innovation Network System of Non-Governmental High-tech Park.Firstly, it discusses the structure of Regional Innovation Network System of Non-Governmental High-tech Park,analyse the relationships among the five network spots. Secondly,it found SLL model which reveals the Internal innovation mechanism of Regional Innovation Network.The fourth chapter is empirical research of Zhongshan Park..It discuss the formation and development process of Regional Innovation Network,and try to give advices for the future development of Zhongshan Park.The fifth chapter tries to give advices for the future development of non-governmental high-tech parksof Guangdong Province.The sixth chapter is the conclusion.
