基于ISO15693标准读卡器数据采集技术的研究及应用

【摘要】 自动识别系统应用一定的识别装置,自动地获取被识别物品的相关信息,并提供给后台的计算机处理系统来完成相关后续处理,近几十年来它在全球范围内得到了迅猛发展,在社会的各个领域都起到了关键性的作用。在多种自动识别技术中,射频识别技术是最有前景的,因为它安全可靠,采集数据迅速,随着硬件成本的不断降低,射频识别技术的优势越来越明显,必将成为二十一世纪自动识别的主流技术。射频识别系统主要由读写器、天线、电子标签等硬件设备和数据采集、处理中间件等件组成。本文对组成射频识别系统的软硬件系统的结构和工作原理进行了详细地、系统地研究,其中研究的重点集中在数据采集中间件。数据采集中间件是一个复杂的子系统,它包括了数据平滑和过滤,读写器协调,数据路由和整合,过程管理,数据安全管理,外部接口等多个方面。本文通过使用ISO15693标准读写器,Tag-it HF-I型电子标签等硬件设备和Jbuilder9.0,VisualC++6.0,SQL Server等软件系统实现了了一个完整的射频识别系统,其中根据数据采集中间件的思想实现了数据采集模块。数据采集模块主要实现了读写器的管理,数据格式化转换,数据过滤,数据缓冲,数据存储等功能。最后,通过路径跟踪和家校通系统,本文展示了ISO15693读卡器识别系统的广泛的应用前景。在两个系统中,对被识别对象进行编码,然后将这些数字码作为写入标签,这样标签中的数据就有了实际的意义,它们代表了实际的产品或学生。本文重点介绍了系统对采集数据的处理和应用,显示了数据采集系统的优越性,为将来在社会生产生活中将其实际应用积累宝贵和丰富的经验。

【Abstract】 Auto-ID System applies some identification instruments to collect the information of objects,and then provides this information to background computer systems for further processing.Auto-ID technology has been developing rapidly all over the world and it has been playing a key role in many fields.Among the various Auto-ID technologies,RFID technology is the most promising one because of its security,reliability and high collecting speed.With the development of technology and science,the cost of RF hardware decreases continuously,and the applying edge of RFID technology is more and more manifest.In the 21st Century,RFID technology will be the mainstream of Auto-ID.Generally,RFID System consists of hardware instruments,such as RF reader,antenna,transponder,and software components such as data collecting and processing Middleware.In this thesis we study the structure and working principle of components constituting RFID system detailedly and systematically,and play emphasis on the study of data-collection middleware.Data-collection middleware is a very complicated sub-system,which includes data filtering and management,reader coordination,data routing and integration,process management,data security management,outer interface,etc.In this thesis,using STU650A reader,Tag-it HF-I transponder and software Jbuilder9.0,Visual C++6.0,SQL Server,we build up a complete RFID system.In this real system,based on the principle of data-collection middleware,we realize a data-collection module,which has some functions such as reader management,data adapting,data filtering,data queuing and so on.Finally,through path-tracing system and family-school communication system,we show that RFID technology can be applied in many different fields.In these two systems, we encode for each object,and then write these codes into transponder,so the data represent the actual product or student.We focus on the discussion of data processing and application in these systems and show the advantages of RFID technology and accumulate precious experience for the further development of RFID.
