【摘要】 目的:评价中药前列康复煎剂治疗前列腺增生症(BPH)肾阳亏虚型的疗效,并初步探讨其作用机制。方法:治疗组35例直肠给药前列康复煎剂,每日1次;对照组30例口服盐酸坦洛新缓释胶囊0.2mg及保列治5mg,每日1次,观察4周。治疗前后用记分法记录主要症状的变化并填写国际前列腺症状评分表(IPSS),测定最大尿流率(Qmax)、膀胱残余尿量(RU)、前列腺体积,前列腺液常规化验,并记录治疗过程中的不良反应。结果:两组疾病总有效率比较差异无显著性意义(P>0.05),治疗组治疗后IPSS评分、Qmax与治疗前比较差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较均无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组治疗后前列腺体积与治疗前比较明显缩小(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);治疗组治疗后前列腺液WBC计数比治疗前明显减少,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05),与对照组比较差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组治疗后膀胱残余尿量均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论:中药前列康复煎剂灌肠治疗前列腺增生症肾阳亏虚型可明显改善患者的排尿症状、增加尿流率、缩小前列腺体积。其机理可能与抑制前列腺增生、降低平滑肌张力、改善前列腺炎症有关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To study the efficacy for treament of prostatic hyperplasia(PH).Methods: 35 patients of treatment group received qianliekangfujianji(once a day) and the controls received tamsulosin(0.2mg,once a day) and proscar(5mg,once a day),which are observed for 4 weeks.IPSS,maximum urinary flow rate(Qmax), remaining urine quantity(RU) ,WBC in expressed prostatic secretion(EPS)and the volume of Prostate gland are determined before and after treament.Results: IPSS and MER were significantly improved both in treated and controled groups(P<0.01).No significant difference was found between the two groups(P>0.05).The volume of Prostate gland and WBC in EPS in treated group was significantly reduced in treated group (P<0.05),which was more significantly reduced than that in controled group(P<0.05). No significant difference was found between the two groups in remaining urine quantity (P>0.05).Conclusions: Qianliekangfujianji is effective and safe in improving the symptom of urinating ,increasing urinary flow rate and reducing the volume of Prostate gland,which are related with suppressing the multiplication of Prostate gland, reduceing the tensity of smooth muscle and improving the inflammation of Prostate gland.更多还原
