植物生产类本科人才培养方案的研究与实践

【摘要】 本研究根据植物生产类人才培养的现状及社会的需求信息,从实际出发,结合农学专业、种子专业、农学师范专业的人才培养模式,立足整体,对植物科学与技术专业人才培养的模式进行了分析研究。现得出结论如下:植物科学与技术专业本科人才培养目标和方案体现了时代要求。植物科学与技术专业将熟练掌握植物生产、植物育种和植物保护的知识和技能,适应不同工作的高素质的创新性人才作为培养目标。是“宽口径、广适应”人才培养模式的体现,也是社会经济发展对人才需求的必然要求。在课程体系中,将农学、园艺和植物保护三个专业的主干课程进行了有机融合,实现了“基础打通、专业融合”。与其他相关专业相比较,减少了专业课的学时,增加了实践教学与选修课的比例,学生的自主学习的能力和创新能力得到了提高。从实践教学情况看,植物科学与技术专业在植物认知实习、植物育种学实习和植物保护学实习方面的学时要大于其他专业,实现了专业融合。植物科学与技术专业人才培养的实践取得明显成绩,学生综合素质高,就业竞争力强。本研究对农学、农业师范及植物科学专业的就业及考研情况进行了系统分析。从就业情况看,植物科学与技术专业的学生除在大部分在大中型企业工作之外,考公务员与选择其他就业形式的人要明显高于其他专业,表明植物科学与技术专业学生的知识结构能适应就业单位的需求。从考研情况看,近三年植物科学与技术专业的考研率分别为50%、39.2%与50%。除一年的考研率低于农学专业外,其余两年的考研率均高于农学专业。各个专业考取高等院校的比例要明显高于考取科研单位的比例。其中,植物科学与技术专业考取科研单位的比例要高于其他专业,表明在考研的去向方面,植物科学与技术专业比其他专业更加平衡,植物科学与技术专业学生的知识结构更为合理,自主学习的能力较强,能适应不同的研究领域。对学生的社团活动情况进行分析,可以看出,植物科学与技术专业的学生思维活跃,有较好的自主创新能力,在学院与学校各项活动中均取得优异的成绩,一直位于学院其他专业的前列。根据植物科学与技术专业人才培养模式系统分析的结果,对进一步完善其本科专业的教学计划、实践教学等提出了建议。

【Abstract】 Based on the ability cultivating situation of the plant production specialty and the demand information of the society, the training model of the plant science and technology specialty was studied, integrating the training model of agronogy specialty, seed specialty and agronomy normal specialty.The main results were as follows:The times requirement was embodied in the training aim and project of the plant science and technology specialty. The training aim of plant science and technology specialty is to train the students which master the plant production knowledge, the plant breeding knowledge and the plant protection knowledge. It was the embodiment of the students training model and the necessary need of the development of society. In the class system of the plant science and technology specialty, the main classes of agronomy, horticulture and plant protection were syncretized. Comparied with the other specialties, the specialty class period of the plant science and technology specialty were reduced, but the scale of the practice and selective course was increased. On the practice teaching, the class period of the plant identification practise, the plant breeding practise and the plant protection practise were more than that of the other specialties.The remarkable achievement was obtained in the students training practice of the plant science and technology specialty. The employment rate and postgraduate rate of three specialties were studied. The students of three specialties were employed in big or middle corporation. The scale of the students of the plant science and technology specialty which were civil servant and the other employee was higher than that of others. This show that the knowledge structure was adapt to the needs of the society. The postgraduate rate of the plant science and technology was 50 percent, 39.2 percent and 50 percent respectively in recent three years. The postgraduate rate of the plant science and technology was higher than that of the agronomy specialty in 2005 and 2007. The postgraduate rate in research units was higher than the other specialties. The result show that the plant science and technology was more balance on the distribution of the postgraduate, more in reason on the knowledge structure than the other specialty.The information of the league activities were analysed. The result show that the students of the plant science and technology have better thinking, better innovation ability. Some excellent grade were gained in the activities in the college and university.Based on the analytical results of the training model of the plant science and technology, the advice which was used to perfect the teaching plan and practice teaching was put forward.
