汽车车桥半轴套管、过渡接盘焊接设备PLC控制及焊接工艺

【摘要】 随着汽车的迅猛发展,对汽车车桥的要求越来越高。可靠的焊接质量、高自动化程度的车桥焊接设备的研究制造成为当今车桥焊接领域的发展趋势。PLC技术是随着计算机和微电子技术的发展而形成的一种自动控制技术,它已进入了成熟阶段,将向大规模、高速度、高性能方向发展,国外已有多家厂家生产PLC系列化产品,我国到80年代中期,PLC广泛应用于冶金、化工、机械制造等工业部门。本文主要就是针对目前一些汽车后桥壳焊接设备存在自动化水平低,精度差,效率不高的问题,深入分析CO2气体保护自动焊机,研制了一种基于PLC自动控制技术的汽车后桥壳环缝自动化焊接设备,通过PLC控制焊枪的运动,从而实现焊接过程的自动化。通过对西门子S7-200系列PLC硬件和软件的研究与分析,设计出PLC控制焊接过程的控制程序,使车桥环缝CO2气体保护焊接生产线实现实时自动控制。并且绘出电路原理图,选择合适的元器件,制定合适的后桥环焊缝焊接工艺流程,确定合适的焊接工艺参数。系统运行表明焊机具有控制精度高、安全性好、响应速度快、自动化程度高的特点,从而达到降低工人劳动强度、提高焊缝质量和生产效率、降低废品率、操作方便、易维修的目的,特别对改善工人劳动条件和提高生产效率具有明显的实用意义。采用PLC控制技术对车桥环缝焊接生产线进行控制,使生产线克服了传统逻辑控制易受到环境干扰、寿命短、故障率高和维修困难等缺陷,提高了经济效益;当焊接工艺发生变化时,只需修改控制程序即可,适应性能更好;通过设计的有关硬件和软件保护环节,极大地提高了车桥环缝CO2气体保护焊焊接生产线工作的稳定性、可靠性、适应性、经济性以及抵抗各种干扰的能力,具有较高的市场应用前景。

【Abstract】 Along with the rapid development of automobile,the automobile bridge is increasingly demanded highly quality and reliable welding.Reliable welding quality,high degree of automation of welding equipment sedans cars of car manufacturers become palanquin developments in the field of welding trend.PLC technology with the development of computers and microelectronics technology has formed an automatic control technology.It has entered a mature stage,and will be towarded large-scale, high-speed,high-performance direction.Foreign manufacturers have already had a number of production lines of PLC products.PLC had been widely used in metallurgy,chemical, machinery manufacturing,and other industrial sectors in the mid-1980s in our country,.This paper is mainly devoted to the current number of the car rear axle,which is low automatic welding equipment,the low level of accuracy,and high efficiency is not the issue.Through deeply analysis of CO2 automatic welder,a girth welding automation equipment of the car rear axle based on PLC autocontrol technology is developed.By PLC controlling gun movement,the welding process automation is realized.Through Siemens S7-200 Series PLC hardware and software research and analysis,the welding process PLC control welding procedures is designed.CO2 girth welding production lines of the car rear axle is achieved real-time control.And circuit diagram is drawn,the appropriate components are chosen,the appropriate welding process is formulated,appropriate welding parameters are confirmed.System Operation show that welder has features of high accuracy,security and smart response speed,high automation,and achieve purposes of lower labor intensity,improving welding quality and production efficiency,lowed scrap rates,convenient operation,easy maintenance,in particular to improve the working conditions of workers and improve production efficiency has obvious practical significancePLC control technology is used to control the bridge girth welding production process, which the production line overcomed the traditional logic control susceptible to environmental interference,short life expectancy,the high failure rate and maintenance difficulties,and other defects,improved the economic efficiency.When the welding process change,the only change control procedures can meet better performance.Through the design of the hardware and software protection link greatly enhancing the bridge girth CO2 gas welding production line job stability,reliability and adaptability,economy and the resistance of all kinds of interference,which will have a high prospect of the market.
