汽车车桥加强环、后盖焊接设备及控制

【摘要】 针对一些汽车后桥壳焊接设备存在自动化水平低,精度差,效率低的问题。本文研制了一种PLC自动控制技术用于汽车后桥的加强环、后盖自动化焊接设备,利用PLC控制实现焊接过程的自动化。根据汽车车桥特点及生产批量要求,目前在工程实际中汽车后桥的焊接广泛采用CO2气体保护焊。CO2气体保护焊对全位置焊接适应性好、焊接变形小、焊接效率高、便于组织流水生产线,而且,由于CO2气体资源丰富、价格低廉等原因,故在汽车车桥的加强环、后盖的焊接设备中采用CO2气体保护焊。生产线的传统控制系统易受到环境干扰、可靠性低、维修困难,随工艺要求变化的适应能力较低,从而限制了其应用;因而如何提高车桥环缝CO2气体保护焊焊接生产线工作稳定性及对工艺的适应性具有重要意义。采用PLC控制技术对车桥环缝焊接生产线进行控制,使生产线克服了传统逻辑控制易受环境干扰、寿命短、故障率高和维修困难等缺陷,提高了经济效益;当焊接工艺发生变化时,只需修改控制程序即可,适应性能更好;通过设计的有关硬件和软件保护环节,极大地提高了车桥环缝CO2气体保护焊焊接生产线工作的稳定性、可靠性、适应性、经济性以及抵抗各种干扰的能力,具有较高的市场应用前景。系统运行表明焊机具有控制精度高、安全性好、响应速度快、自动化程度高的特点,从而达到降低工人劳动强度、提高焊缝质量和生产效率、降低废品率、操作方便、易维修的目的,特别对改善工人劳动条件和提高生产效率具有明显的实用意义。

【Abstract】 As some automatic welding equipment of car rear axles exist a lot of problems such as low level of automation, low level of accuracy, low efficiency and so on. The article developed one kind of PLC automatic control technology to in automation welding equipment to weld stiffener rings of rear cover of car, using PLC control to realize welding process automation.Base on the characteristic and production lot of the rear axle, carbon-dioxide arc welding is widely used in the reality engineering of the rear axle welding at present time. Carbon-dioxide arc welding is suited well for all-position weld, the welded samples have small deformation and high efficiency, which made it to be organized in production line. In addition, not only the resource of carbon dioxide is very abundant but also the price is low. So we adopt the carbon-dioxide arc welding in the welding equipment. The conventional control system of the production line is easily interfered by the environment, and difficulty to be maintained stably. Besides, it also has a low adaptability to match the vary of the process. These factors limit the use of CO2 shielded arc welding. Therefore how to improve the stability and adaptability for CO2 shielded welding technique is very important. PLC control technology is used to control the bridge girth welding production process to improve the economic efficiency and overcome the defects of traditional logic control, such as susceptible to environmental interference, short of life expectancy, high failure rate, difficult to maintenance, and so on. When the welding processes change, the only change control procedures can meet better performance. Through the design of the hardware and software protection link greatly enhancing the bridge girth CO2 gas welding production line job stability, reliability and adaptability, economy and the resistance of all kinds of interference, which will have a high prospect of the market.System Operation showed the welding source has high accuracy, security and good response speed, a high degree of automation features, which achieved lower labor intensity, improve weld quality and production efficiency, lowed scrap rates, convenient operation, easy maintenance purposes, in particular to improve the working conditions of workers and improve production efficiency has obvious practical significance.
