【摘要】 马山黑山羊是广西马山县的特色产品之一。本研究运用问卷调查和个案访谈相结合的方法对黑山羊产业开发情况进行系统考察,通过分析影响马山黑山羊产业开发的因素,进一步提出了完善马山黑山羊产业开发的对策和建议。首先,通过大量资料了解国内外对农业产业化问题的研究情况。着重了解国内对农业产业化的组织形式和如何实现产业化问题的研究,为指导发展马山黑山羊养殖的产业化经营奠定理论基础依据。其次,深入养羊户和规模场调查,全面了解马山黑山羊产业开发的发展现状。从马山县发展黑山羊养殖的优势条件和不足,以及信贷关系和政府行为,分析影响农户参与马山黑山羊产业开发的主要因素。同时,从传统养殖模式和“小规模,大群体”养殖模式的差异性进行比较分析,就马山黑山羊产业开发成效进行分析,为完善和指导马山黑山羊产业开发的对策和建议提出实践依据。再次,在实证研究基础上,从思想观念、区域协调、产业运行目标,从资金的落实、人才的调剂、示范小区的选择、项目的规划和制定、完善产业开发运作方式,从项目建设保障制度和措施的建立等,提出完善和发展马山黑山羊产业开发的对策和建议。最后,得出结论:第一,马山县黑山羊产业开发具有较好的优势条件和政策环境,发展潜力十分巨大,具有较强的可行性;第二,推进马山县黑山羊产业开发进程,理清思路抓关键环节是基础;第三,项目建设为产业开发积累了宝贵的实践经验;第四,不少因素仍然影响产业开发项目健康发展和农户投资或参与产业开发的积极性;第五,实现马山县黑山羊产业化经营健康发展,加强政府及职能部门工作是关键。论文中提出的对策、建议和结论,对当地党委、政府在发展主导产业决策上具有一定的理论价值和参考意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Ma Shan black goat is one of special production at Ma Shan county, Guangxi province. The thesis was introduced the strategy and proposal of Ma Shan black goat industry development, which were analyzed to affect its factors through used the methods of investigation and interview.First, the theory basis was found to guide and develop Ma Shan black goat industry, which the research status was known through to refer to a lot of data about agricultural industry on home and abroad, especially, the organization form of agricultural industry on home and how to carry out it.Second, the developing status of Ma Shan black goat industry item was all known through the investigation deeply to scale farm and feeders. The main factors to affect peasants joining black goat industry development were analyzed from the advantages and disadvantages of developing black goat industry on Ma Shan county as well as the credit relationship and government action. At the same time, the strategy and proposal to guide and develop Ma Shan black goat industry were introduced through analysis and comparison to the difference of traditional and modernistic mode, as well as the effects of black goat industry development.Third, at the basis of experiment and investigation, the strategy and proposal to guide and develop Ma Shan black goat industry were introduced the aspects from thinking concept, region accordance, industry goal, funds, talents, program, moving mode and ensuring measures of item et al.The final, the conclusion as followed:First, Ma Shan black goat industries to develop better advantage of the conditions and policy environment, there is a huge development potential, has strong possibility.Second, Ma Shan black goat promote industrial development process, clarifying the line of thought is the basis for grasping the key link.Third, the construction projects for industrial development has accumulated valuable practical experience.Fourth, many factors continue to affect the healthy development of industrial development projects and farmers to invest or participate in the positive development of the industry.Fifth, the realization of Ma Shan black goat industrial management and healthy development, and strengthen the functions of government departments work is the key.
