【摘要】 县域经济具有农村范围大、农民数量多,以农业生产获得收入为主要渠道来维持民生的特点。目前,农业、农民和农村问题是事关中国社会主义建设成败的大问题。发展壮大县域经济就是从根本上解决?三农?问题的战略举措。滨州市无棣县位于中国山东省最北部,濒临渤海,毗邻河北。由于种种原因,该县长期处于欠发达状态。虽然经过近几年的发展,局面有所改观,但立足未稳、根基不牢,在全省各地群雄逐鹿、反复洗牌的竞争格局中,无棣县将进入一个艰难爬坡的阶段。本论文的目的就是分析无棣县经济发展的有利条件和制约因素,制定县域经济发展的战略,确立县域经济新的发展思路,实现无棣县经济发展新跨越。这对于无棣县巩固现有发展成果并向发达地区迈进,以及全国类似的贫困县摆脱贫困均具有一定的借鉴意义。论文共分六部分。第一部分是引言,阐述研究目的意义、研究方法及研究思路,并对相关理论进行综述。第二部分分析无棣县经济的历史沿革与发展现状,揭示该县的悠久历史和基础条件。第三部分采用SWOT战略分析,从多个层次梳理无棣县经济发展的优势与劣势、机遇与挑战,探讨存在的问题及原因。在此基础上,第四部分提出无棣县经济发展的指导思想、战略原则、战略目标和战略途径。基于上述分析,第五部分集中阐述无棣县经济发展的战略措施,为该县的经济发展提出了建设性的建议。第六部分是结论。更多还原

【Abstract】 County Economy has the features of large rural areas, more than the number of peasants, agricultural production revenue for the main channel to maintain livelihood. Now, agriculture, farmers and rural issues are big problems that have bearings on the success or failure of China’s socialist construction. County economic growth is the Strategic measure to solve agriculture, farmers and rural issues fundamentally. Wudi County of Binzhou City is in the most northern part of Shandong province of China, the brink of the Bohai Sea, and adjacent to Hebei province. For various reasons, this county owes the developed condition at for a long time. Although undergoing development in recent years, the aspect has a new look, but unprepared, the foundation is not firm, in the entire province regional independent warlords competing, mixes the cards repeatedly in the competition pattern, Wudi County will enter a difficult hill climbing the stage. The paper’s goal that analyzes the Wudi County economic development’s the advantage and the restriction factor, the formulation county territory economic development strategy, the establishment county territory economy recent development mentality, realizes the Wudi County economic development new spanning. This makes great strides forward regarding the Wudi County consolidated existing development achievement and to the developed area, as well as the national similar poverty stricken county white pollution has certainly profits from the significance.The first part is an introduction, elaborated that the research goal significance, the research technique and the research mentality, and carried on the summary to the correlation theories. The second part analyzes the Wudi County economy during the historical evolution and the development in present situation, promulgates this county the long history and the basic requirement. The third part uses the SWOT strategic analysis, combs the Wudi County economic development from many levels the superiority and the inferiority, the opportunity and the challenge,the discussion existence question and the reason. Based on this, the fourth part proposes the Wudi County economic development guiding principle, the strategic concept, the strategic target and the strategic way. Based on the above analysis, the fifth part of centralism elaborated that the Wudi County economic development’s countermeasure measure, put forward the constructive proposal for this county’s economic development.
