稠油油藏封堵边底水技术研究与应用

【摘要】 边底水稠油油藏在热采开发过程中,受边底水入侵和锥进的影响,区块含水上升迅速,现有的调堵工艺技术受热采高温、堵剂成本等因素的影响,解决不了区块边底水大面积入侵的问题。本文是以稠油高含水区块为主要研究对象,进行水淹规律的整体分析,确定水侵方向、水淹程度,优选出堵水井,主要是一线水淹井做为重点实施对象,二线水淹井做为辅助实施对象,实现“一线挡水、二线求产”的目的,对于一线水淹严重的油井采用大剂量封堵,堵剂注入量在1000m3以上,二线水淹井堵剂注入量在400m3~600m3左右。为了实现大剂量低成本注入并且满足耐高温蒸汽的需要,研制出了高温调剖剂、水玻璃/粘土胶堵剂、树脂粉煤灰高强度堵剂三种类型的堵水剂以及由弱凝胶、强凝胶和耐高温封口剂组成的复合段塞堵剂。在施工注入设备方面采用自主研发的地面智能泵注系统,该设备具有对聚合物剪切小、连续配液施工注入、施工参数自动控制等优点,可满足大剂量全天候连续施工的需要。在冷家油田冷41块封堵底水和冷42块603井区封堵边水进行了应用,共实施94井次,注入堵剂5.6×104m3,累计增油6.75×104吨,延缓了边底水水侵速度,提高了区块的整体开发效果。

【Abstract】 In developing edge water and bottom water heavy oil reservoir by heating, due to the invading and coning of edge water and bottom water, area water cut increased very fast, as a result, common profiling and plugging technology which was effected by high temperature and cost of plugging agent could not solve the problem that area edge water and bottom water invaded extensively. In this paper, water submerging rule of high water cut area of heavy oil reservoir was analyzed in a whole, thus, water invading direction and water submerging degree were determined, water plugging well was optimized. The first line water submerging well was the main object, and secondary line water submerging well was the subsidiary object, aiming at first line resisting water and secondary line producing heavy oil. As for bad water submerging wells, large dosage plugging was carried out, plugging agent injecting quantity was higher than 1000m3. As for secondary line water submerging wells, plugging agent injecting quantity was 400m3~600m3 . To fulfill large dosage but low cost injection and to meet the need of resisting high temperature and vapor, three types water plugging agents of anti-high temperature profile control agent, sodium silicate/clay gel plugging agent, and high intensity resin silty coal ash plugging agent, integrating pilot plugging agent of low and high intensity gels and anti-high temperature bull plugging agent were developed. Injecting equipment used in construction, having the merits of low shear to polymer, continuous preparing liquid and injecting ability and auto-control working parameters, was ground intelligent pump injection system developed independently. It could work at large dosage the whole day. It was applied in Lengjia oilfield Leng41 area to plug bottom water and in Leng42 area and 603 area to plug edge water, 94 wells in total. 5.6×104m3 plugging agent was injected, enhanced oil was 6.75×104t, edge water and bottom water submerging velocity was lowered, furthermore, area whole developing effectiveness was increased.
