基于内点法的偶对潮流优化研究

【摘要】 东北区域电力市场改革试点中,首先开放年度、月度等中长期合同交易,随着市场的完善再逐步开放日前、实时、辅助服务、发电权等其它交易品种。当前正处于日前市场开放前阶段,其日调度计划的优化不仅要处理常规约束等一般性问题,而且还具有明显的特殊性。针对该问题,本文进行了系统深入的研究。首先建立区域电力市场初期日前市场开放前日调度计划优化的模型,在此阶段日前市场尚未开放,只存在年度、月度竞价交易,不存在日竞价交易,因此目标函数是全日网损极小化。该模型考虑了电力市场环境下“公平、公正、公开”的原则,在约束条件中增加了各竞价发电厂的日计划发电量约束和日负荷率相等约束。偶对潮流优化的思想和方法的提出,简化了日调度计划的优化过程,使得寻优在时段偶对内进行,避免了全局寻优所带来的“维数灾”。本文提出将时段偶对解耦方法与原-对偶内点法有机结合,形成混合优化策略来处理这一阶段日调度计划的优化问题。用时段偶对解耦方法处理特殊性约束问题,能够显现出概念清晰,简洁自然的优势;用原-对偶内点法处理一般性约束问题,能够发挥其在处理大量常规不等式约束方面的优势。两者相互配合,发挥各自方法的特长,做到优势互补,使该算法比较贴切地适应这一阶段的日调度计划优化的特点和需要。最后对模拟系统和辽宁实际电网进行计算分析,表明用本文方法对电力市场初期日前市场开放前的日调度计划进行优化,不仅能够简洁地处理这一阶段日调度计划的特殊性,而且还可以取得较好的降损效益,充分体现本文方法的实用性和有效性。
【Abstract】 The northeast regional electricity market has already begun to make an experiment in China. It attempts to open the annually and monthly contracts first, the day-ahead, real-time, ancillary service, generation right and so on will be open for future time, along with the maturation of market step by step. Thus, the day-ahead transaction doesn’t implement now. The optimization of daily dispatch scheduling not only deals with the universal problems, but also has its particularity. To this problem, this paper has made a thorough research.Firstly, the model of daily dispatch scheduling before day-ahead transaction being opened is built. In this stage, only has annually and monthly biddings, the day-head market has been not opened, so the objective function is the minimum of network loss. This model has considered the principle of“impartiality, fairness, publicity”, under the electricity market environment. In constraint conditions, we add the daily scheming electricity, and the equivalency of load rate of each bidding power plant.The proposal of the coupling pair power flow makes the optimization problem simpler. The searching for the optimization results is in the coupling pairs, it can avoid“large-scale tragedy”that occurred from global optimization. This paper proposed a method that combines time coupling pair decoupling method with primal-dual interior point algorithm, forming a mixed optimization strategy to deal with the optimization of daily dispatch scheduling for present stage. The peculiar problems are dealt by the time coupling pair decoupling method, which can show the clear conception. And the universal problems are dealt by the primal-dual interior point algorithm, which can take advantage of primal-dual interior point algorithm in dealing with the constraint of inequality. As a result, advantage of mutual supplement of both methods can be achieved, and it can properly deal with the particularity and universality of this daily dispatch scheduling. This optimization method appropriately adapts to the character and requirement of this model.Finally, this method presented in the thesis has been tested by using calculating to typical example and the factual power system of LiaoNing grid. They show that, this method can not only dispose the particularity of daily dispatch scheduling in primary electricity market, but also obtain the benefit of the reduction of network loss. The result shows that this method has its practicability and availability.
